This is the damewst company I have ever done business with, they don't answer their chat line, they don't answer their emails within a reasonable time, they never answer their phone or call you back. It's extremely hard to get in touch with them.
And stay off of their website one wrong move and you have bought something you likely don't want.

Credit for it. I paid for these refunds and got a receipt. These items returned kill pets.

Push to buy more

Your endless push to buy more stuff after placing my order was tedious and greatly annoying, you hid the fine print to say no to make it difficult. Also, you are a jerk approach if you don't buy for your friend or family is very insulting

It couldn't be more simple and the results are fabulous I have insurance so I go 2x yrly My dentist was amazed the first time I came in with no build-up Gums and bones are healthier then they used to be I give the hygienist little to do in the 45 min which allows him to work on other issues if any I swear by this product and am trying to get my daughter to buy it Highly recommend this

Because there ISN'T ANY! Tried to order 2 roll on tubes, then saw a special deal for 6 tubes. I tried to "upgrade" my order. (Their words) So increased my order by 4. Then, got statement that showed 2 + 4 + 4! I didn't want 10!
Emailed their Customer NonService via email then tried by phone. It will not connect you with a customer service, but will only allow you to leave a voice mail. Which I did, but that's as useless! No reply either way! So after waiting over an hour, I contacted PayPal to cancel the transaction. BIG SURPRISE! Swissklip didn't have time to answer me, but they IMMEDIATELY had time to process my PayPal payment. So I put a dispute on these transactions with PayPal. I'll see that these jerks get the same courtesy they gave me. They'll get NO money! And if I get their products and they want them back, they'll get the same "prompt" reply they gave me.

The smell is horrible!

For starters it read 30 day guarantee- after I ordered it I saw that you had to contact them by 14 days or no money back which is ridiculous. I didn't receive the nail clippers either. The smell is unbearable! They stated that there is no chemical smell leading us to believe that there wasn't a terrible odor! They also charged $9.95 shipping for us to pay with a $115 Order! You will be sorry if you order this just because of the horrible smell alone. People also have trouble with the ball coming off. It's very cheap.

False advertisement

I purchased 1 tooth plaque remover and constantly the site tried to get me to purchase multiple. I kept denying the extra but at the end after I submitted my payment they instantly stated I purchased 2. I immediately tried to contact support and they told me right away that the order was already sent. This was less than 30 minutes after it was placed. They told me they would give me back 50 percent of the 2nd ones purchase price if I kept it. I told them mo I wanted only 1 and that they could take back rhe 2nd. A day later I was told they were refunding me for the 2nd. They never did refund me instead today they sent me 2 product items of which I did not ever see or order. They sent me a nail fungus product. I never heard or seen that on the site much less ordered it. I sent them a message to explain that they sent the wrong product and they asked me if they could take off 30 percent and keep it. I refused and told them to send me instructions for a full refund. Let me see how long and hard this process will be. So far nobody has responded to my refund request.

I saw their ad on Instagram. And went to purchase it. By the time I was done they had put two devices and toothpaste in my order. There was no way to cancel it so I immediately emailed them to cancel the order. They did not get back to me and shipped the order. I have contacted DHL the shipping company they were supposed to be using and was told I could not refuse it because it will be sent USPS to my apartment mailbox. I have contacted SwissKlip several times. Their excellent idea was to refuse the package or I could keep them at 50% off.
You can purchase their product on Amazon and get it one day free delivery. I hope this helps you and you don't get screwed by them.

Never got the Product

I order a 360 head shaver and never got the product. I order 11/16/23 and never received it. They showed it shipped and the tracking # it shows delivery attempted but not to the address I gave them, it only shows USA but no exact address. I'm disputing the charge on my card because now I'm thinking this is a scam. Will never but from this so called company.

Instructions say use for so many days before you will see any results...by that time you are unable to return for a refund. In their promotion they state, can return if not satisfied...what a joke! I was mid order, having just through my PayPal when it autocompketed my order. This was not my intention so I emailed them to cancel immediately, as their policy asks. They didn't respond for a day and when they did they said they hadn't shipped yet but they hated ti loose my business. I told them to cancel and I'll even pay for shipping as to the box the might have already put a label on. They didn't respond and then I get an emails asking it shipped a few hours later. They don't dot he bareminimum to work with customers and they are so apparent in their wish to just mislead and drag things out until they hope someone just stops complaining. Going through the process of shipping it back to them for a refund now. I don't have high hopes.

Used this product it made my toenails bleed and get infected. I will report their products to FDA and any other agencies that will shut them down. They take no responsibility for their products and claim they can't issue anything but refunds. Untrustworthy and harmful products being sold. REPORT REPORT REPORT. Get them shutdown
