The foam does not work. It may even damage the teeth. I asked for a full refund after use the foam for a month, but my teeth did not become white or whiter. The foam is a waste of money and time, so is the company. STAY away from this scam of a company.

Got these clippers today and they work great. Easy to use for a senior or not. Had some issues with the shipping so likely will not buy from SwissKlip again for they use USPS and it took far longer than expected for the $9.95 ship cost. What I am disappointed in is that they are advertised as "designed in Germany" but no one tells where they are manufactured. Likely China.

I was the unfortunate victim of manipulated reviews on what appeared to be legitimate websites that were in fact run by this very same company but made to look like an independent source.

The plaque cleaner is useless! So, in believing that they have a 14-day return policy, I immediately contacted support and ask for instructions on the return.

Their first response is would I take a 20% refund and keep the product so that I don't have to go through the bother and expense of shipping. Nope! Still want my money back!

Then they say they will give me 80% of my money back as a favor to me, and I can keep the wonderful useless product. My response was to counter that perhaps they can give me $120% of my refund! After all, they wanted me to pay 20% of the purchase price for an item that isn't useful! Shouldn't my request that they pay me 20% above the purchase price also be reasonable?

The product itself, their wonderful plaque cleaner, is no more than a hand dental scraping tool attached to an electric toothbrush housing. It absolutely positively is no better than brushing and flossing alone.

Pretty sure they're going to counter with another offer of perhaps maybe we'll give you 90% of your refund, to which I'm going to insist again full refund!

I have a feeling this is going to be an attorney general of my State issue, as well as a fraud claim on my credit card.

Absolutely positively stay far away from this company! If you happen to find a page that ranks the product you're interested in in comparison to other brands, and this one happens to be on top, have some fun and do a whois.com on who owns that website. Just a little bit of research will show you that the website holder is paid to give positive indicators of one brand above the other for a fee from the merchant, or, that the website is owned by the very same website owner of Swiss clip.

Product, the Swissklip toenail clippers, appeared to be legitimate, so I decided to purchase one. I always pay through PayPal, which I did, but then the Swissklip page returned asking if I wanted to purchase a warranty and I added this (after already going through PayPal to buy the toenail clippers). Right after that, another page appeared asking if I wanted to purchase the fingernail clippers for a relative or friend at an additional discounted cost. This time, I wanted to NOT buy this offer and finally found, in tiny print, the bar at the bottom of this page to click "no" and used it. The last page was the final cost, already a done deal, including the additional cost for the fingernail clippers that I did not want! And, there was absolutely no way to review my purchase or the final costs! I quickly sent the company an email requesting a complete cancelation of everything. Since that email, I have not received any correspondence from Arquette, but I have opened dispute charges with PayPal. PayPal authorized my first payment for the toenail clippers, but I never had the chance to send the rest through PayPal. Amazingly, Arquette sent 3 separate transactions to PayPal instead of the final charges I saw and could not refute.
So, buyer beware! Arquette might have good items to sell, but no one should be tricked into paying for something they don't want or did not purchase or be cajoled, page after page, to purchase items not shown on the main website page.

My Plaque Blaster came in the mail after a few days I bought it. I've been using this tartar remover for the last couple of weeks and it is helping to cut back all my plaque and tartar. From the first times I used it, I could see how my teeth started to look cleaner. I am very careful with my teeth as I have gum disease, so this tooth cleaner will help me get rid of the plaque and maybe cut back on my repeated dental visits. I highly recommend this product!

I used the Plaque Blaster the same day it came and I was amazed with the results! I had some tarter on my teeth because I drink a lot of coffee and everything came off righ away. I used the lowest vibration mode since it was the first time I was using it. I will still visit the dentist though, but this tooth cleaner will surely help out in between. It really works!

The design of this toenail clipper is super cool because the blades are curved instead of straight so you can get a better angle on your nail as you're clipping. This makes cutting easier and cuts more cleanly than if you were just trying to clip across the whole length of your nail at once.

Don't waste your money. It doesn't work. I asked for a refund and they denied… only offering 50% back. What a shame! They don't even stand by their product. STAY AWAY!

I've always had thick toe nails and an engrown nail on 1 foot that has been surgical removed twice. It keeps growing back. These are an answer to a prayer. I was able to easily cut and trim my toenails for the 1st time in years. I have purchased mine on swissklip.com.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY CHARGED ME TWICE ON MY DEBIT CARD WHEN I ORDERED ONLY 1 HEAVY DUTY TOENAIL CLIPPER THEN TACKED ON ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR SOME SMALL GADGET. I EMAILED THEM A DOZEN TIMES TO REVERSE THOSE CHARGES AND NO RESPONSE. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY TOOK MONIES FROM MY DEBIT CARD FOR 2 AND MONEY IS TOUGH FOR US IN THE USA NOW, MAYBE NOT IN LONDON WHERE THEY ARE FROM.MY HUSBAND AND I ARE PISSED

Ordered a set of heavy duty toenail clippers. Product fine, shipping fine, but be wary- once you click order, they run you through about 4 pages of "Would you like to add [extra product] at a discount?" pages all of which have huge Yes buttons, but small harder to spot "No thanks" links buried deep at the bottom in an obvious effort to try and get you to pile on more items. And the products vary- the SwissKliip Heavy Duty is a good piece of work, while the SwissKlip 360 borders on a bad joke. Be aware precisely what you're buying, and don't let them "oops" you into upgrading your order to multi-packs or things you don't want.
