Are used the foam on my teeth as directed, and on the third day it burned a hole clean through my front tooth! I kid you not. Needless to say, I do not recommend this product, and a trip to the dentist is my next step.

In my email I specifically conveyed that I ordered the incorrect item, that I wanted the tooth foam not a toothbrush. So what you are conveying is if the mistake was on your side there would be an effort to correct the order.
Rhis is VERY poor customer service, and you can be certain I will post this experience in every forum I can.

One sided return policy. You cannot return if opened. Horrible smell. Ingredients have no apparent scientific basis. Almost no reviews describe improvement in nails, Website says easy returns but not easy. Mistake to do business with Swissklip.

This is a waste of money. DOESN'T WORK. The company gives you only 14 days to return a product that take 45-60 days to show improvement. Complain after 14 days and they blow you off. SNAKE OIL SALESMEN.

Advertised as antifungal but when you receive it says on label " NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE,TREAT,CURE OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE". And don't even think about contacting them.

OK SwissKlip, you got me. Hopefully this will stop others from buying your 'Snake Oil'.

This product doesn't have any benefit that I can see. There is a risk of gum damage that is understated. My dentist does not recommend. Instructions are terrible also.

I ordered 1 bottle of swissklip anti fungal stick. But was sent 3 and was charged for them! This upsets me alot!

This company advertises a low price for their product and charges 4x what you are expecting (in my case). I wanted to try the teeth whitener, but I did not want an $84 charge on my cc. I notified my bank, disputed the charge & managed to get a full refund, including shipping. The ad had stated FREE SHIPPING. This co. Does not respond to emails until you are totally frustrated. Based on these other negative reviews, I feel lucky to get a full refund, but it was a total waste of time & energy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like so many on IG,i fell prey to this product. I have very good teeth and sometimes a little obsessed with keeping them at their best. I recieved the product rather quickly from Brampton ON, not sure why my credit card compamy alerted me on an international Charge? That should've been my first res flag.
I sampled the product, as instructed on its lowest setting and away from the gomme lines. Does it surprise ne that the little bit of plaque it took off, resulted in sensitivity to a few of my teeth. I ended uo visiting the dentist, who was quite horrified that this kind of product was being sold to the general public? THIS IS A DANGEROUS TOOL and meant to be used by a SKILLED PROFESSIONAL. It truly was an expenaive mistake and just thankful it didn't ruin all my teeth. Clearly there is NO REGULATION for dangerous tools like this to be openly sold, no warning labels as to the severe damage it can do to teeth.

On day 2, I contacted support and " Arthur offered me the same 20% discount. I declined and told him the generals as described above. He then offered me 80%, I declined and he provided me with a return address. Shipping charges were on me and I was content with the deal.

Would it surprise you to know that the address he provided in his email doesn't exist with Canada Post. Luckily, I had the original label which was a the same address, different company name and NON EXISTING POSTAL CODE? I took pictures of all of it, i cluding proof of shipping, payment, Tracking # as requested. I provided pics of the original senders address and the return to that same address. I emailed him all of the proof, including his original email with the wrong address. CLEARLY A WILD GOOSE CHASE!

I'm awaiting reply. I will be contacting CONSUMER AFFAIRS in my province to report this product, its dangers to the public and the scam that goes with returning it. Additionally, considering CTV News/ Pat Foran on his Whistleblowing segments and consumer reports

Hopeful Arthur will honor the return, and not claim that they never got it...otherwise reporting to the FRAUD SQUAD of my credit card compny.

Buyers...BEWARE. If you want to ruin your teeth, this is your instrument. Dental Hygenists and Dentists are the only people that shoukd be allowed to buy this product.

This is not cheap. It looks incredible. It comes in a very neat black box but it is unassembled and not usable. No instructions are included in the neat black box. You paid for it. It arrived, and you cannot use it. You reach out to the company, and they cannot be bothered to help you. You have lost all of your money. What scam artists.

Attempted to return a purchase. Guidelines stated return be made within 14 days of receipt.
On day 13 I still had not heard from their service department.
It is now day15. I am now outside the stated guidelines for reimbursement.
Still have not received the required return address.
That's a scam.
