I placed my order Nov. 19 for a swimsuit. Still as of today. I have never received it. I have emailed 3 times with no response. Do not recommend this company

PERFECT. Ordered a medium, I'm 5'6,144lbs, 34DD and this actually covers and supports my boobs unlike alot of these other suits I'm worried about falling out of haha thank god! And the design is really pretty

I honestly was not expecting this product to be this beautiful! I bought this on a whim and when it arrived I was SO surprised how great the quality is. I'm 5' 1" about 125 lbs, and it fits me perfect! I'm OBSESSED. The material is soooo soft and I'm so happy with it! 100% recommend it to everyone :)

This dress is so cute! It's really comfortable and very breathable. I originally bought a medium based on the reviews but that was too big. I returned it and got a small which fits perfect! I'm 5'4" and about 143.

Since its a quality product, a simple return for a smaller size is in the works. They will be great for the pool or at the beach on cooler swim days. Also I love the idea of having my very first swimwear option that will still let me jump in the water even when I havent gotten to the spa yet for a bikini wax!

I needed a swimsuit for a trip to Florida with my family, so needed family friendly! This is perfect! I'm 5'2" and 133lbs! I bought a small and it's perfect! A little loose in my bust but just tied it a bit tighter around the neck! Can't wait to wear it! Good service！

I'm a "bigger" girl(5'9" and 195) carry all my weight in the middle. This suit camouflages very well, love it! The shorts are little shorter on the butt than I expected, although have a tummy panel so that makes up for it. For about $30, you can't beat it. I would definitely buy again in other styles.

I was nervous since my body is awkward shaped haha, I usually always get a small bottom and an XXL top but I had to buy this is one size... ( a medium)

I think this business is a scam. They don't send you what you ordered, and then they try to make you keep it on the basis that it's too expensive to ship back. That's how they keep their rating with Paypal and not get booted off the platform. The images that they show on their site are stolen off of other websites. I found this out after I had made my purchase and had trouble returning the item.

Here's what happened. I was in a rush and late night shopping. I needed a swimsuit and I found this site that had many cute and affordable options. I decided to make the purchase because it was backed by Paypal. When I got my purchase 3 weeks later it was completely the wrong item. I reached out to customer service with my order number and they told me they could not find my order: red flag #1. They asked me if this was the email address I made my purchase with, I said yes, and they still couldn't find my order. I CCd them the copy of the order confirmation they sent me and they finally admitted to having my order.

Then they told me that they didn't want me to return it and would I be happy if they refunded me 30%? I said NO. I was already skeeved out by this point because they had so much trouble tracking my order. I wanted a refund. We went back and forth and I insisted on a refund or I would involve Paypal. They finally said that they would send me the correct order in 10 days and gave me a tracking number. This tracking number didn't exist when I copied it into the shipping site. I decided to be generous and wait the 10 days anyway in case Paypal insisted. I wanted a bullet proof case.

After 10 days, guess what didn't show up? My order. So I escalated to Paypal where the first part of the interaction is that you must talk with the seller again through Paypal's interface. They pretended they didn't know me and tried to get me to accept 30% again. I said no. Refund me. They went radio silent until a few days later when I escalated my case at Paypal. They got the seller to agree to a refund but I had to ship the item to Shanhai! The address wasn't even readable to me. So I called Paypal's customer service and they told me that they would refund me up to $30 of the shipping cost if I went through this process at paypal.com/refund. Well I never completed it because I had finals and things got crazy. In the end this company got to keep my money and I should've known better.

In the aftermath I looked up the images on their site with reverse google image search. I found that many of their bathing suits were listed on other name brand shops site's and were going for much more money. The suit I was looking at in particular was $80 from a brand name store. They don't sell that brand at other stores, to my knowledge. That's when I realized that they simply ripped this image off this brand's site and pretended it was the same thing, while sending the wrong thing, so they could make $40 off me. Great.

Buyer beware.

I wish I read the reviews about this company before I gave them my money for a poorly made suit that does not fit. They will not ever give a refund and the company is located in Hong Kong. Absolutely no customer support.

Avoid at all costs. My package arrived over a month late and it was the completely wrong order. I paid for one maternity bathing suit…they sent me two bathing suits, both of which were the wrong design and had mismatching bottoms. When I contacted their customer support team, I was told shipping back to China would cost them too much and they could only offer a 30% refund. Emails continued back and forth with me stating how I need 100% refund due to this being their mistake. Still have yet to get any good news

I ordered 2 bathing suits and received the completely wrong items. They acknowledge it was as mix up from their warehouse, but since it's too expensive to return items to China, they offered instead a 30% refund and to keep the absolutely incorrect item. I'm never going to wear what they sent me and ending up with no swimsuits at all and not been refundes. This is criminal and fraudulent, do not go through this company. They will rob you.

They sent the wrong item (ordered a tankini set and received a bikini) an then refused a refund and refused to pay for a return fee to exchange the item. Their excuse is that freight is expensive since they are locate in China. It took 5 weeks to receive the wrong item. After arguing with them for several days and writing bad reviews on Facebook, I managed to get a 50% refund.

I ordered a swimsuit from Swimsuit Nova. What arrived in the mail was not the suit I ordered, but 2 other ones that were terribly ugly and not the right size. I contacted the company and they said the suit I had ordered wouldn't come for a long time so they sent there "more expensive" similar replacements. I had ordered a tankini and received 2 bikinis. I'm not sure how that equates to being similar? I told them I would like a refund and this was unacceptable. They came back with an offer to refund 60% of the total. I told them this was unacceptable and they said they were unable to bear the cost to have them sent back and offered me a 40% refund to keep them, and that was the "upper discount". (I mean how did we go from a 60% refund 2 emails ago to 40%?!?). I again told them this is not acceptable and finally after many negotiations offered to give me 100% refund. I have yet to see a refund it's been nearly 2 weeks, I was told it could take up to 5 days. If I could give the company 0 stars I would. Please don't waste your money or time with this fraudulent company!

STAY AWAY from this company! I gave them one star because there is no option for ZERO STARS!
I ordered a Medium swimsuit, but they sent me an XXL. They state they sent me a XXL because they were out of Mediums, but never emailed or contacted me to give me the choice of cancelling the order. Now they will only offer a 40% refund and say that shipping will absolutely not be refunded. This company is a SCAM!

I ordered 2 pretty bathingsuits and they sent very ugly rags to me. They said it cost too much to send them back and offered me low refund, Finally offered 70%. They never sent anything. I CONTACTED MY BANK and they Started an Investigation and swimsuit nova quickly said they are sending some refund. I havent sent it yet hopefully the $65.00 I paid. 6/15/21 My bank refunded me the full amount of $65.00! Not the swimsuitnova.

To file a complaint, just go to ftc.gov/complaint, and answer the questions. Or call That's all there is to it. If you've been ripped off or scammed, complain to the Federal Trade Commission. It can help put the bad guys out of business.

First beware that your item wiil be shipped from China and will take approximately a month. Then cross your fingers... it probably won't be what you ordered. I received a completely different item. Basically... If they don't have what you wanted they will send you some thing else. Good luck trying to get your money back... they try to offer you deals to keep it. First they offered 40% then 50 then 60 then 70. I still haven't received a refund. They told me to keep the ugly sandals I received! As if that was a bonus. They also told me I could donate them. Gee thanks! Don't go down the rabbit hole.

I ordered 2 swimsuits and 1 cover up. Received 3 swimsuits (1 I ordered and 2 I didn't) and a cover up that I did not order. I have sent many e-mails, however the company is only willing to refund me 50% on the items I don't want and didn't order. I said, "how is it fair you are refunding me have of the cost of the items I did not order? If you didn't have items in stock, than you shouldn't have sent anything, not just what you feel like sending." I stated I want a full refund and will return items. I doubt at this point I will ever get my refund.
