I ordered a swimsuit from this website, and it was not clear to me that it was from China. Anyway, I ordered it and kept waiting for some tracking info. Finally I reachced out to them and they got back to me with how to track it. That is when I realized it was not from the US. It took a while to get here, and when it finally did. They sent me 100% the wrong swimsuit. Mine was blue with paisley design for the top and black bottoms. They sent me a orange/red crop top with white and striped bottoms. I contacted them and they apologized, said oh the other one was out of stock. No one notified me that it was out of stock, or gave me the option to cancel the order. So I said I do not want this, I would never wear this one it was not what I ordered. So they wrote back and said sorry, keep it we will give you 30% of a refund. 30% are you kidding/? How is that even lofical? I wrote them back and said no, I want 100% of my money, you sent me the wrong item that is completely useless to me. They wrote back and said ok we will give you 50% of your money back Again I said no, I want 100% of my money back, they said how about 75%. I can not believe I am negotiating with a company to try and get my money back for them sending me the entirely wrong item. I said no again, I want 100% of my money. Now they are saying they can not do that unless I send the item back. So I am going to have to pay to send it back to them, and only then will I get 100% back. I am appalled, I do not know why I should have to pay to return the item when they screwed up by sending it to me. At this point I will have to file a claim with my bank to get my $ back it seems. Do not buy from this website at all!

I ordered a bathing suit from this company and received the completely wrong item. Instead of sending me the correct item they told me they'd only give me a 30% refund and to keep the absolutely incorrect item. They're never going to send me the right thing or give me my money back. One pic is what I ordered, other pic is what I got. BTW, it's 2 sizes too big. This is criminal and fraudulent, do not go through this company. They will rob you.

As I was opening the bag I had flash backs of the negative reviews I read and ignored. DONT IGNORE THEM ITS ALL TRUE. I ordered 2 swimsuits and I got swimsuits that looked like dresses. It's terrible. I contacted swimsuit nova and they said they had no record of the order. So I send the order number and waiting, waiting to hear back.

I placed an order for two swimsuits. They claimed they never got it even though PayPal confirmed payment. And they sent me a confirmation with my order number. So I replaced the order and again they claim they never received my order yet again PayPal confirmed payment. So I am out over $120. And they keep claiming they never received my order even though I sent them a photo of their confirmation saying the order was received with the order number on it. Scam?

I ordered 7 suits, received 5 that I did not order. They offered to return 50% of my order, after shipping the wrong items. Then, won't send a shipping label to you to return and use the excuse that shipping to china is expensive. Don't buy from them. It's a scam. The suits are not as pictured. Please don't make the mistake I did. I attached photos of my actual order vs. what they shipped me. Also the email of their response to my issue. Just horrible.

If I could send a picture of what I ordered vs what I got, you'd NEVER use this site to buy ANYTHING!

Don't ever order from this company you will not get what you ordered! Placed my order of 5 items... took over a month to get it only to find that 4 out of the 5 items were not even close to what I ordered!

I would give negative stars if it was listed. I ordered 1 specific item. Nothing has came and I ordered this on 4/9/21. They sent a tracking ID via email. AFter weeks of not receiving my item, I emailed them with every single info needed. Order #, tracking #, they replied with a different tracking # that was not mine and only kept telling me to check my yard and back door and patio and call the post office and UPS. After many many attempts via email, they keep replying with same dumb email telling me to check my yard. This company is BS. I have disputed this with my bank and will be getting my money back.

Had to give 1 star only because you can't give a negative star! Absolute sham! When your item finally arrives, it will NOT be what you ordered. Save yourself the trouble, I know the pictures look cute, but that is NOT what you will receive! Very disgraceful for a company to misrepresent themselves and take advantage of people like this!

I purchased a swimsuit and after 3 weeks of waiting. My package arrived. It wasn't even what I ordered. So disappointed.
They sent 2 bathing suits which I have never seen anything so ugly. I guess they didn't have what I ordered so they sent something else. Not very professional. They should have refunded my order, instead they kept the money and basically forced me to accept something I didnt want. Very unhappy with this company. Beware, do not order from them. You will definitely regret it if you do.

First of all, they never state that you are ordering from China, so you think it's a US company. When the items arrived, one I liked and the other was not as described. When I asked for an exchange, I was given a complete runaround. After several emails, I have found no satisfaction. This company does not stand behind it's products and has numerous excuses why they will not exchange or refund. Do not order from this company, they are terrible and unethical.

I really love this suit overall, especially the color! I should have ordered a size down, but I was worried a 14-16 wouldn't fit. I ordered the 18-20. The bottoms were slightly big but fitting enough they'll work. I LOVE the shorts piece to this because I don't like swimsuit skirts or skorts. The legs on the shorts are long enough to cover up the thighs. The top bust area cups were WAY too large, but the drawstring allowed me to tie it tight enough to work. Comfortable and cute!
