I ordered one bathing suit from them and was very pleased. So I ordered three more. One fit. The other two did not. I asked for a return label and they will not send one. Want me to Donate them to someone Really! Do not order from them... ever!
Ordered 3 swim suites in size XXL and they came really late. I excited it since we are in a pandemic. However when I tried to return they made me jump through ALL these hoops. Then at the end and I followed all their directions of taking pictures with a tape measure etc., they told me just to keep them and give them away as present to my friends. Excuse me? Do NOT order from them. It's a scam.
They do not respond to email. We bought two swimsuits from them. They should be reported somewhere and we lost money
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. My item has been allegedly sitting in California for 2 months. My emails are ignored and I can not locate the product I paid for. I am absolutely devastated because I really loved what I purchased. Do not trust this business.
This company is a SCAM company. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will never refund your money if you are dissatisfied with your merchandise and you will NEVER talk with a supervisor. I tried for almost 2 months by email because that is the only way you can contact this Chinese company and got the run around. Each customer service rep uses a fake American name and will try everything to discourage you from seeking a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE--THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. There are tons of bad reviews about swiminyou online... just look them up. They even changed the "star" rating I gave on their website. I gave it a 1 star... and they changed it to 5 stars..
