Answer:
Definitely a scam company. They have no legitimate contact information nor is there an address. Their return policy states merchandise can be returned and a refund issued promptly, but customer service reps say they do not allow returns and offer smaller bribes... like $5 back or $10 back. I tried for two months to get my money back and the last rep told me that because one month had gone by, I could no longer get my money back.

Answer:
Impossible to get a supervisor. I tried for 2 months by email (because that is the only contact information they provide), and it's obvious these "customer service reps" are told NOT to refund the customer's money. They use fake American names and simply give you the run around.
