Bought multiple items from their website over the past 3decades. Always free shipping. Great customer support and if I had a problem purchase there has always been a Sweetwater solution for consideration and the result has ALWAYS been positive. I am in my 70s and I have dealt with many purchases from various venues. Sweetwater Music is, in my opinion, the best. Shout out to Joey Moranno, sincere and professional experience with him.

I bought some strings from Sweetwater on a internet search and was amazed tha tI had a voice mail and a text from Craig my assigned sales rep. Thanking me for my order! Since then I have ordered several things with the same as the first ( call and text), each time it was shipped fast, packed great and was just as described. If you want a company that values their customers and goes the extra mile to make it pleasant purchase Sweetwater is the one for you!

I ordered something for my teenage son from Sweetwater and wow! The customer service I have experienced is literally like none other. I ordered something rather small he asked for, I had someone personally contact me almost immediately (Ian) and he was the nicest person ever. He asked if I needed anything else or if there was anything he could help me with. I later sent an email to their generic email about my delivery. Ian called me within about 30 min with a response. I wish all companies had customer service like Sweetwater. It was very refreshing to know this type of service still exists.

The order was fulfilled extremely fast and the reps made contact multiple times assuring I had a positive experience.
The first time I called sweetwater for help, I was hung up on in the middle of my sentence. Called again. Nobody picked up. I finally get thru and ask for a supervisor hung up on.again. 4 emails and 5 phone calls later and no response. This from a company who promotes their 24 hour award winning customer service.
I'm done with them. And that personal associate to help you they offer, I never spoke or heard from anyone there the whole time I was a customer. Must just be more "advertising" from a company that doesn't deserve your business/

I'm submitting this review on behalf of my son:
As a first time user of an 8-string, it feels perfect. The multi-scale took a few days to get used to, and now its the most natural positioning for me. The tuning is tight and doesn't loosen over long play times, the pickups have sustain for days, and the action was set right where I like it. This has to be one of the most playable guitars I have ever used. I've always been a fan of Ibanez, and Sweetwater has always been helpful, and they continue to meet and rise above expectations! I love this guitar!
This is MY review of the company: LOVE working with Sweetwater. They are responsive, respectful, and work with you. This order required more than a little back and forth and the sales engineer, Dennis, not only responded with emails, but telephone calls, too. Will definitely be ordering from this company again
Used my debit card to take unauthorized payment,canceled card (said I wouldn't make another payment til things got straight)fast forward said I will give another chance, they only took my order for new information after I placed order and got verification code order details, got email later canceled my order and charged my card for same old issue before.

Great to get a product from, then comes the spam. I ordered a pack of strings and received numerous emails, survey requests and phone calls. OVERKILL and ANNOYING
Spent close to $5000 dollars with this company just under a year ago. I had issues with some of the drum components immediately. Reached out on many occasions to get the problems resolved. Troy Davis was my rep. They made a few feeble attempts at resolving my issues and when that didn't work they just stopped responding. I was so frustrated by this that I have not used the set in almost a year. When I realized that I was on my own I finally started to try and fix the stuff myself because I just want to play. The hi-hat cymbal doesn't work. The bell on the ride doesn't work. Be careful with large purchases with this company cause if it's bad product, you are screwed. Just my experience. To each his own. I took in a Gibson guitar that needed restrung and a new pick guard.
They talked me into $800 worth of worth of work.
That was over a month ago and, despite several emails, they still won't tell me when I can get my guitar back.
I'm about to tell them, "Keep the damned guitar and my $100 deposit. I'll just buy a new one on Amazon."
If your guitar needs work, go somewhere else.

I have been a customer of Sweetwater for maybe 30+ years. At one time I got to purchase many thousands of dollars worth of equipment for my previous employer. Now I only buy occasionally for myself. They treat me with the same top-notch care and respect as if I were a famous musician. Plus, their product support is the best. And by the way, if you're even thinking about buying a ProTools system, these are the people to get it from. Their engineers in customer support were better than paid support from the makers of the systems. I now work for that big online company that starts with an "A" and I can tell you, the prices at Sweetwater are competitive with anyone AND their customer support is the BEST! I don't buy sound equipment from anyone else.

Sweetwater is THE BEST. DON'T buy anything music related from Amazon. The prices at Sweetwater are competetive, shipping is free and the A+ customer service can NOT be beat. Their whole philosophy is about the customer and excellence. You don't have to be a professional (I am not) they still treat you like you are (or maybe will be :)) . My last purchase was a turntable for my son's birthday.

So, I bought a new Yamaha electric guitar for my son to learn on. When it arrived it had a terrible open fret buzz. When the company reached out to me about my 'shopping experience', I told them as much. The salesperson followed up with words to the effect that I should have expected as much from a cheap guitar and that I could take advantage of their (paid) setup service. To be fair they (eventually) offered to do it for free, but by then I'd already gotten rid of the box. I found them to be pretty condescending if you don't know a lot about guitars. They are certainly quick to tell you…at great length…how much they know. If you already know a lot about guitars im sure they're just fine, but if you don't I'd keep moving along.
What can I say about SWEETWATER, It's one of the best companies to buy musical equipment online... Order is always correct,
the delivery is Always Prompt... Nothing bad to say 5 stars.
