Found the phone, contacted seller to make sure it's compatible with my carrier, paid and got the phone within a few days.

The swappa staff were extremely helpful in providing guidance and instructions throughout my purchasing process. The site's guidelines and requirements for both the buyers and sellers were a definite asset in facilitating a positive experience.
I have advised all my friends and family, if they ever needed to upgrade or purchase a new device that they must check out and use swappa.com. Thanks to all those involved.

I just purchased a Galaxy S7 that had only been used for 2 months on Swappa. I saved $250 compared to buying it new and it still has 10 months of the Samsung warranty left on it!

I had asked some questions of the Swappa staff both prior to and after my purchase and they always responded within a couple of hours of my posting the question. I looked for phones on Ebay as well but was much more comfortable buying through Swappa because they do a lot to try and ensure no one advertises faulty or blacklisted phones on their site.

I received my phone just days after I ordered it. It was fast. Packaging was also good. However, I did not get the phone I ordered. I emailed both the company which sold me the phone and Swappa. I received emails back from both entities within an hour or two. I had no problems getting a return postage paid label from seller company. I returned incorrect phone an got my Note 3 real fast, two day priority. So far the phone seems to be functioning without issue. And, the phone seemed to be brand new (I did buy a phone that was supposed to be in "mint" condition). Needless to say my teenage daughter is happy now.

Absolutely one of the best purchases that I have made! Chad thank you for the extra phone case and the bonus protection screens. My grandson was elated when he opened the iPhone box. The iPhone was perfect! Everything looked brand new and out of the box condition. I am so happy that I selected you Chad from all of the other sellers. If anyone reads this comment, know that you are getting a great product at a very good and reasonable price. Chad responds quickly to all inquiries and he's truthful and sincere about everything. I've purchased 2 iPhones and 2 Android phones on Swappa and have been very pleased. I tell all my friends about Swappa. All devices were received promptly and in the exact condition that was described. The process is very clear all the way thru, and your transaction remains open until you've affirmed that you received the device and are fully satisfied. Customer service is attentive, so it doesn't feel like the wild west--I have confidence that if there were a problem, it would be quickly resolved. Price graphs show you when it's a good time to buy. Overall, I love Swappa and absolutely highly recommend it.
