I purchased 3 times with Swappa and was never disappointed. The imei of the phone is checked By Swappa Staff prior to anyone selling a phone on their site. You can see detailed pictures of what your buying and Swappa has Paypal Backing you up for your Comfort and Safety. As Far as selling on Swappa they have an easy to use platform without any complications for practically anyone to use for listing their phone for sale. This is sight is highly recommended. Do not waste time and lose money by sending your phone in to other companies! JUST SELL IT ON SWAPPA. You won't be disappointed.

As a first time user of Swappa I was somewhat hesitant of the website at first. However, after reading the reviews online I decided to give it a shot and I purchased a phone with a trusted user.
My first my reaction to the website and my own transaction was dissapointent after I received the incorrect phone. The shipping labels got mixed up and I received another buyer's phone and they received mine. I contacted the seller and notified Swappa staff who both responded the following day.
At last, the seller handled the mix-up very professionaly and eventually, after an additional week.
I appreciated Swappa staff taking note of my issue and the phone came exactly as described.
Overall, I would objectively give the website a 5/5, however because of my personal experience with it I would give it a 4/5
You never know what you will find on Swappa. I had already decided I was going to buy a specific phone, one that I had never found on Swappa. On a whim I took a look and there was the make and model I planned on buying and at a price I couldn't refuse. I recommend Swappa to people all the time and now I have even more reason to point people this way.

Needed a new phone quickly and Swappa came through again.
I have no complaints whatsoever. The seller shipped the phone within 2 business days, as promised on the site. I had tracking information and received my phone on the day promised. It was in perfect condition, came with the original packaging and accessories and even included a case. I had a little trouble with activating it, but that was the issue with the cell phone company and NOT the seller/Swappa.com. My previous phone frankly was s*** and I'm SO happy with this new one
This site is good if you have the background and experience to choose exactly what you need. There is no help or assistance if you make a mistake. In my case, I purchased a phone from a seller that was a used T-mobile phone for use on Metro PCS system, which uses the T-mobile network. Unfortunately not all the features of the phone worked. I contacted the seller and they were sympathetic and provided a refund. However, the Swappa site kept their share of the transaction fee. So I got nothing but Swappa made out on the deal (I'm grateful the seller was reasonable). The site is highly automated with lots of robot emails and replies. If you fall outside of normal business transactions you have a hard time getting support.
I believe have both sold and purchased several devices on Swappa, and I've had nothing but positive experiences; the staff is always helpful, the site policies and fees are very straightforward and fair and usability is great. I wholeheartedly recommend Swappa.

Excellent experience. Seller was extremely prompt, paid by 10:45 am, was mailed priority the same day. Phone has operated flawlessly, and was in even better condition than advertised. I was apprehensive buying used on the internet but I can't think of a smoother way for this transaction to have gone. Very, very impressed.
