So far I've ordered 3 times, each time a relatively large order. I ordered uniforms for my 3 kids for about 65$. I got each of them pants, a sweater, a skirt, a jumper and a polo shirt. 65$ would barely cover one kid if I'd had to buy them new, and I was able to get most of the items new and like new. I've bought all of our winter gear from swap.com and been overall pretty pleased with what I've gotten. I got very nice higher end and name brand items for less than shopping at walmart, plus I feel better about giving my money to a smaller company over a major corporation. My only gripe really would be quality classifications. Swap.com is very clear that they don't sell items that are stained or have holes, but I paid 4-6$ for sweaters listed in good condition that were actually extremely faded from washing, and the pictures don't always reflect signs of wear accurately. I was a little miffed about a few of the items that came in being considerably more worn than the pictures show, but overall, I've saved a ton of money, and I'm giving older clothes new life rather than wasting resources buying new.

I'm sending a box of clothes in soon, and I expect it will take some time processing. As a veteran of selling online, I understand how long it really takes to create each listing. I could spend around 8 hours for maybe 10 listings, between taking photos and writing the descriptions. It's a lot of work, and I don't really have that kind of time anymore. I can only imagine how much work these people are putting in with the volume of boxes they've been getting. I think the company is still in the early stages of development, and appears to be growing rapidly, so I can imagine they are probably experiencing quite a bit of chaos. I'm seeing a lot of unsatisfied sellers, which makes me a bit wary, but I'm optimistic about this company, so fingers crossed!

I found myself in need of preemie size girl clothes for my granddaughter born 6 weeks early. Most of the stores around me that carry them are very expensive, even consignment or second-hand. My sister mentioned swap.com to me. She said she uses it to buy a lot of clothes for her daughter. I was very impressed with the low prices, and the fact shipping was free was a bonus! I expected to wait a couple weeks for the items to come, but they showed up in about 5 business days, which made me very happy. The clothes were as close to new as gently used can be, and my daughter in law is very happy to have some outfits for our little angel and was happy to know she can get more (and so can I) at such a discount for such nice quality!

Swap.com is great for the buyer but bad for the seller. When they advertise $150.00 profit per box they are talking about for themselves - not the seller. I have sold many items and had 3 payouts@ $0.00 each. It takes them forever to process a box. By the time they are ready for you to price - the clothes you sent are out of season. They reject brand new name brand items and give you a bogus reason. They had put someone elses items on my acccount to price and some were rejected. I had to tell them 3 times they weren't my items. Then a month later they were back on and I was informed my rejection rate was 11%. But when I had a problem as a buyer it was corrected the first time. None of my items are old enough for sure sell but I pretty much know what is going to happen. They want to buy your stuff dirt cheap and give you $0.00 payouts. They will keep treating sellers this way until their stock diminishes and they need people to send in items.

I have a wonderful three-year-old in my home daily. I am always amazed at how quickly she grows and love to shop on-line at SWAM.com. They always have what I need, they are quick and the prices are very reasonable. I have found everything from shoes to coats. Have bought items three or four times now... have only had to return a few items, and the return process was easy. Was reimbursed for the item once they received it, or "store credit" once when a dress was "too long". Love the way you can search for only things in the size you are looking for. And, not nearly as expensive as buying brand new clothing! It's the "thrift shop" without having to look through the racks! LOL! Will probably buy more from them!

I had not received a payout and discovered it was sent to an invalid email address. Took swap several days to respond to each email regarding this. I was told there was a system error and then told to go and add this invalid email address to my account! When I became rightfully leery enough about this company to request several hundred of my items be returned to me and chose another several hundred sure sell payouts, they blocked me. From my own Account and the 1,151 items that I still own and are in their possession. They will no longer respond to my communications! I also discovered many items of mine listed as their own. The dishonesty and lack of seemingly ANY morals of this company is unbelievable!
