Swagbucks is an easy way to earn "bucks" for online purchases and completing surveys. You can turn those "bucks" into gift cards at retailers. It's pretty neat! If I had one complaint it would be that they do not make an app for Windows Phones which keeps me from using their mobile features.
So far so good. Been using it for a week and already have 5 gift cards that I can use. Very helpful when you are planning a wedding and need gift cards to purchase a lot of things online.

No site like this is a get rich quick scheme or something that is going to replace a job but it is a simple way to earn some extra money in your spare time. Swagbucks offers many different ways to earn. You can just search the web, which you're doing already. You can take surveys, watch videos, take a daily polls and find many other ways to earn. You can earn a percentage back for online purchases. And they offer Paypal, gift cards and other options for redemptions for earnings.
Swagbucks does need to work on getting all surveys and offers to credit. It happens way to often that surveys for me don't credit. When I send in a ticket, though, they have been very fair in resolving the issue and getting credits deserved to me. It's just frustrating and a bit of a hassle.
Overall, I recommend Swagbucks. I am so thankful for the extra money. It's a great help to us!

I have been a user since December and really enjoyed the site until my most recent purchase, which was on January 29th. I would have used the site more since then, but this experience was so bad, that I feel like Swagbucks is not trustworthy. I donated to ChildFund and was told from an employee that I would receive my SB after 30 business days. This is also what the original fine print stated. I contacted them after 40 business days because I had not received any SB. I was told that I would receive my SB after 45 business days from the date of purchase. The new fine print says exactly that, which I mentioned was not the same as when I had made my purchase, but I still waited patiently for the 45 business days to pass. It has now been 55 business days and I still have not received my SB. I spent $33 on this purchase and was promised $50 in return. This is so upsetting and I wouldn't wish it on any user, so I'm writing this review to warn other users: do not trust all of their features. The customer service has been HORRIBLE. Very slow and not helpful at all. I feel like I have been lied to and cheated out of my money. I have been very patient and Swagbucks has done absolutely nothing. This is a site that has to do with your time and YOUR money and when it comes to finances, a website like this should have at least a phone number. Their chat is almost never available and isn't even a live chat, and the email has an auto response, which I suppose makes the company think that it's okay to ignore customers who need help. They do not respond to emails for a very long time and when they do, it is very much like the response I have received, which did not make any sense at all. I will not be spending any more money through this site and I do not recommend using it to anyone. There are much better sites out there that will respond quickly and help customers as soon as possible. Swagbucks is not one of them.
I love the ease and convenience of completing surveys with swagbucks. Its the only online survey center that makes it easy to redeem rewards. As well as easy ways to earn rewards. The only issue I have is that it takes some time to find and complete surveys that you have to qualify for. But the more surveys taken the easier it is for SB to find you qualifying surveys.
Enjoy the surveys and offers, having fun redeeming AN for gift cards, great experience, only complaint takes to long to get gift card approved, considering how much efforts is needed to get it.
Such an easy way to earn some Disney gift cards for our next vacation. It did seem like it took a really long time to make it to my first $25 gift card though.
It is a good place to earn a little extra money and learn a little too, i really like it and plan on using it continually in the future, I would definitely recommend it to any one who wants to earn a little extra spending money and has a little time to do it well worth it

I love being able to earn gift cards for searching and shopping and things I do daily anyway... Swagbucks is the perfect opportunity to do that. I have told several friends, family members and even my boss about Swagbucks and they are just as thrilled about it as I am!
Sometimes I feel like I benefit from the site, and other times I feel like I wasted 20 minutes for 2 Swagbucks - which add up to nothing. Took me what felt like forever to get enough Swagbucks to claim a reward: a whopping $5 gift card. But hey, it's better than nothing I guess?
I love Swagbucks but it seem like I only qualify for 25% of the surveys I start. It takes a little time to add up points! Overall, I do like it and will continue to use it!
