I enjoy the app and have used it to redeem money. I especially like it now that I have the money after my friends called it a scam. None of them are convinced yet and have told me to just get a job. Swagbucks works for someone like me, my mother wont let me get a job, so Im planning on using Swagbucks to make more spending money/college money. I enjoy using the app to make swagbucks, but unfortunately it has bugs. If I am disqualified from a survey it typically will not take me back to the survey page, instead I have to force quit the app. Once I log back in, the survey is still there. Also I took two 15 SB surveys and I got no rewards. A survey also disqualified me once I was finished with it.
Love swagbucks and recommend to friends and family. Good experience with swagbucks and look forward to continue the experience.
Swagbicls is a pretty good site to earn SB (points) that can be redeemed for gift cards or sent to your PayPal (minimum $25 to redeem). However, they system makes it a bit hard to earn that SB when time goes on. I've been on the site for a two years, and at first it was easy to gain SB but ovettime the number of SB decreased. For example, watching videos through the Swagbutton tab went from 3 SB to 1 SB, 1 SB could have been earned by watching 6 video online. It has double now and sometimes some videos don't play properly or give you the SB you should have earned. Their other app extension to watch videos or take surveys sometimes lag or stop working well, which can be really frustrating. Still, I see the effort because they introduced SwagIQ, which is a fun way to earn SB by playing a trivial game. Sadly, it's only during a certain time of the day.

Swagbucks is great. They do what they claim they will do. If there is a problem they address it quickly. Occasionally the surveys will have issues but nobody is perfect. If I have problems with points they fix it within 24 hours. Overall Swagbucks is my favorite survey app
I have been using Swagbucks for many years and have gotten tons of gift cards. It's a lot of fun! I plan to continue using it and earning more giftcards. Swagbucks is awesome!

I enjoy going on swagbucks and earning point to turn into credit cards. Its easy to use and I basically have had no issues with the surveys. If I dont feel comfortable with the topics or questions I dont continue with the survey. Easy to redeem points

I feel badly when others complain about this site. Sometimes people are very rude with their comments. I understand that there are occasional glitches, but know that the staff is working on making everything work more smoothly. We just need to be patient and remember this is a choice to be involved--and to be grateful for what we receive.

Website works, but App could be better. There are a lot of disqualifications for surveys, and although you often get 1 SB even if you are disqualified it is frustrating. Also, sometimes the videos under "watch" do not load properly and there are a ton of adds.

Ive tried most of them by now and Swagbucks is one of the best. Ive been doing it for about 4 months, just in my spare time and Ive already gotten two $25 Amazon gift cards. You dont get paid much per survey, but its better than nothing. Yesterday, I did one while I was waiting to get my oil changed. LOL, I made 50 cents while everybody else was sitting there staring blankly at the TV. I love Swagbucks!

The surveys are okay but often have problems and drop you for no apparent reason. Trying to redeem my Swagbucks was a freaking nightmare, although once I FINALLY got through to someone, the problem was resolved immediately.
It's a good site. Minor annoyances here and there but who can complain when you're getting free things
