I love the idea of Swagbucks & enjoy using it except for the requirements of having the same consistent answers on surveys. Information changes over time, job changes, different vehicles, electronic items your household owns, family members, etc.
Instead of questioning your answer so you have the opportunity to explain, they just ban you from surveys. They say they will look into it, but they don't unless you send a support ticket. Even then there is no helpful information in their reply. My wife, after being unbanned, has tried surveys 3x times. She'll answer 2 questions, 1. Her birthdate 2. What electronics/items your household owns. Then it has you select that you're not a robot and INSTANTLY bans you from surveys. I know the answers that they are looking for, but it would no longer be accurate & truthful. If it wasn't for that issue then I'd rate it 5 stars!

I would only like that the surveys were more didactic and less tedious since they do the work annoying.
