I found the Dress People to have a large variety of nice dresses and a knowledgeable staff. However, their manager/customer service is horrible. The dress I purchased had a number of the crystals missing. They still charged me full price for it but gave me a small packet of crystals (12) so that I could fix the dress myself. Unfortunately, the dress required 42 stones. With 30 years experience, Im surprised the sales clerk so grossly underestimated the extent of the damage to the dress, but I think she just gave me the minimum to get the sale and me out of the store.
My dissatisfaction relates to how the manager of the store (Reanna) behaved when I tried to discuss a mutually acceptable resolution to the issue. Im a firm believer that customer service issues are best handled in a collaborative, positive manner, but my requests that she call me were ignored, I was called a liar and was told I was unwilling to find a solution to the problem because I was unable to make the 2 hour commute to bring the dress back (my event was in a couple of days). I did offer to come back at 10pm when my day ends, but apparently that was unacceptable. Normally, Im pretty effective at keeping issue resolutions positive, but the manager Reanna is an extremely disagreeable, antagonistic and unprofessional person.

When you spend several hundred dollars for a special dress, you hope to have a positive, pleasant experience and to be treated with courtesy and respect. This was a relatively simple issue that was handled in an extremely poor manner. Unfortunately, I lose because the wearing the dress is associated with a very negative experience and the store loses because theyve lost any chance of getting my business in the future. I hope Reannas thinks the $50 or so she saved is worth it.

I found SuzhouDress, desperately looking for bridesmaids dresses as the bride, me - Matron of Honor and the Bridesmaids didn't like anything on the market. We loved two of the dresses on the site so I ordered them. They just arrived last night and are GORGEOUS! Very well-made with beautiful lining and perfect detail! I paid attention to the sizing chart and the dresses both fit like a GLOVE! The bride-to-be is a stylist on a show right now and it working with a fashion host - she showed him the picture and he was obsessed with the detail and workmanship! Amazing dresses! Also, amazing service as I emailed them with questions throughout the process. They responded to me within a day and were very nice and informative! LOVE SuZhouDress! Thank you!

I could give 0. This company are extremely bad. I ordered a wedding gown. First of all they send me a wrong size and bad material, when I asked them to exchange or return they said "it is a hand made we can't exchange. But you can buy another dress and we will give you discount" and I told them I don't have plane to do that. Then they told me to mail them the Gown to refund my money back. I paid extra $65 from the Gown price. It is so embarrassing they took the Gown, they don't refund my Money and stop responding my Email they block me at all. Guys you need to know with whom you are dealing. This peoples are very dangerous. They left a bad memory in my mind with online shopping.

I ordered a dress in August of 2016 for an event that was happening in Oct, its now Jan 2017 and havnt received the dress. I have contacted the customer service which you can only do through email, they told me it wasnt their responsibility they had made attempts to deliver my dress but some reason they couldnt get it to me therefore they are not accountable and won't refund my money. SOOO I didnt get any dress and paid 175USD. I knew it but I just wanted to give it a try but you DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I read all these horrible reviews, earlier today I was a button away drom placing my order. And had an issue putting in the dress code. Contacted Customer service and they said. We have corrected the price and that I would have to go back and reorder the dress. Thank god! My gut kept telling me something jus Dosent feel right. Let me do some research. Now after reading not 1 bad review but several stating all my concerns. I prefer to pay more and get what I want verses not a dress at all. And be disappointed on my wedding day.

I ordered my grad dress on September 1st, 2016 and every since then I have been having so many problems. They send me a dress that does not fit me at all. It is too short, the crinoline is too long. The corset is too big for my bust size. I sent custom measurements which I paid for and they didn't follow them at all! Then I ask for a partial refund- not even a full one!- and they have been pushing my emails off every since. I would never recommend shopping on this website to any girl. They are horrible and rude and liars. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They will never get me to order from them again. Nothing but problems and rude people.

I ordered a size 4 wedding party dress and it looks like size 8, the cutting and quality is very bad and dose not fit me at all. This is the worse dress I have ever bought. And it took you guys so long to ship to me that I have to buy another dress for my friend's wedding.

I contacted the customer service, it was not helpful at all and would not allow me to return or exchange the dress that I have never wear out. This is a HORRIBLE experience.

At first I thought that the dress will look different or even won't arrive. Then i called Suzhoudress and i told them about my fears, they were really nice and told me that they will send me pictures of my dress in a few days and i really received them. After 15 days i received the dress and i was very happy because it looked exactly like the photo. It fits perfectly. You have to look at the decription about the size. Thank you very much Suzhoudress for this wonderful dress, i am soo happy.

Ordered a dress for my niece's quincenera. I made sure to order it on time and I was unsure of size to order. We ended up ordering a size up and it fit her perfectly. She loves the dress.

When I first saw my dress, I thought this looks a lot different to the picture. It is not what I imagined. I tried it on and the back was too loose, there was a massive gap in the underarm. The applique on the top of the dress had not been applied evenly and so It did not match, they had also already begun to curl off of the dress. Looking at the zip on the back of the dress, one side had been sewn on so poorly that it was about a quarter of an inch higher than the other side. Overall, poorly made dress.
After getting in contact with them on the same day upon receiving my dress, about a return and refund, they denied me my request. Upon providing them with photographs of the problems with the dress, they still continued to deny me a return and refund.
I do not recommend this site at all. Shocking customer service, doing everything possible to not give me a refund, and they are rude. Do not buy from this site.

I ordered the dress on March 28 hoping that it would come before April 20. I was really nervous bc I was ordering overseas. They were really good at communication and guarenteed that my dress would be here before then. My dress came yesterday on April 8! I was really happy it came really early. I ordered a two piece prom dress and the top fit me perfect but I can see why some people complain about it being too small. The skirt was a bit loose and the gap between the two pieces were too big even though I asked to have a tiny gap. Other than that the dress was really nice just have to get a little altering!
