After reading some of the comments on here, I had some initial doubts. However, after ordering my dress less than a month ago, it has arrived and it is of a great quality. I was able to track my delivery to see where it was and I am overall super happy with the end product!
I ordered a dress and when it was delivered it was stained, the wrong colour, the wrong material, cheap, and basically just falling apart. I emailed them to return it several times and I got no reply. Do not order from this website it's a scam!
I ordered my dress and it came. I was only concerned because I didn't hear anything from them until two days before it arrived. Other than that, they are good. I love my dress.

I had placed an order on the 14th of May and i revived an email stating that I'd receive my dress within 2-5 business days, I was super excited because my prom is May 6th and 2-5 days would be perfect. Two days later on the 16th of April i got an email saying that my dress ship out date would be May 5th a day before my prom. So i asked for a refund since my dress wouldn't arrive on time, and i got a reply stating that i shouldn't worry because my dress would be here before may 5th. It is now April 27th and i contacted the company again asking about the status of my dress and i was told that it would be shipped off may 5th once again. I am sooo furious right now, i went to Instagram and saw that this company is not legit. It is a scam!
I ordered a dress at the beginning of April and was told at order time it would be ready and shipped out on April 15th. It's now the end of April and i have not received the dress and no response to the emails I have sent requesting information on the status because there is no contact phone number. There was no problem taking my money immediately! Should have trusted my gut and stayed away from this company. Clearly they are scamming innocent people and stealing their money! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I fancy this dress, I had a little trouble with the size, but it looks amazing on me and the vibrant red color I choose was ideal for my complexion. I am soo glad that i received it in time. I will be ordering more from this site for sure!

They get you to order from Jollybelle but they are the same company as above. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ORDER a shoe string from this company. They are liars and do not want to correct their mistakes. If wish I would have known this info before ordering my daughter's prom dress. I am currently waiting for the dress. I paid for it to be delivered by April 5, however I received a text from the shipping company stating it will not be delivered until end of day April 7, which is too late. THE RED FLAG IS, THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER, ONLY LIVE CHAT(SOMETIMES) AND EMAIL. YOU CAN BARELY COMMUNICATE WITH THIS COMPANY. I RECEIVED AN APOLOGY AND A DISCOUNT FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE. REALLY! BUY A DRESS FROM A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE AND RUN FROM BUSINESSES LIKE THESE!
Do not buy from them, they are thieves and deceivers. They steal other people's pictures and put them on their site. For a girl of 5 years they sent a dress for 15 years and do not answer my questions.

Awesome experience! Great customer service, came with plenty of time to spare and was such an absolutely gorgeous dress! I must have made a slight error with my measuring or something because there was a lot of space and it wasn't quite as tight fitting as I wanted it to be but otherwise an awesome product. I would definitely purchase from here again :)
