The amount of surveys I do and am told after finishing it that it is full or a technical issue has occurred to get no points back from their customer support (10 one time for a tech issue on a survey I should have gotten 65 or so points) is ridiculous. If I completed a survey and hit submit the company took my data and then I did not get paid that is theft. I know market research considering I studied it in school so I know the companies have that data somewhere because that's how it works when someone completing a survey hits submit. The only reason I stick with it is my elite status so lots of bonus points if I keep up enough with it and it is the only survey place I've had some luck with that offers direct deposit through plaid versus some other sketchier method like directly giving my info to a site (aka survey junkie lol).

You can do alot of surveys on this site for varying amounts of time/money,, one if the better sites I've used and pays money

I love how Branded Surveys gives me the opportunity to share my opinion and earn some extra cash in the process. It is a bummer though how not every survey is available to me either by being "full" or by not being a right match.

I like the surveys, they are usually easy to answer and I don't get as many you do not qualify for this survey like on other survey sites. So far this is the best one I have had the pleasure of finding. I am so glad I found it. It seems very active and that's always great to see. Looking for a little extra money join it today!

Everything is wrong...from the way you get redirected over and over to end up being match for a 40 min survey for 12 points when you clicked on a 10 min survey for 90 points. They do not solve any issues you may have. You will sit for 20 minute and have 12 attempt to do survey but just keep redirected or 90% of the survey presented to you today are "filling up quickly"...so you might get 1 points...or they are full and get redirected again...and again...again Nothing but frustrated, time wasted for 1 or 2 points...
I gave it 2 stars because it's only for surveys and the dashboard is easy to manoeuvre and understand and because the pay out is fast and easy...good thing since you logged in, spent minimum of 30 minutes and maybe got a total of 25 points...it takes forever to make $5

Scam...wasted my time and sent me 1000 of emails from lots of other scam websites. Never going to receive any money from it.

Account disabled without warning for being unable to change answers your finger accidentally hits. Support doesn't care. Screwed me out of money because of this. Avoid. Scam

Been member for awhile and start out ok then started getting scammed would do the survey and at the end would pop up survey full or say not a match after you completed the whole survey. And everytime you try get help from Branded survey they just brush you off and DO NOT RESEARCH so beware I personally WOULD NOT JOIN THIS SITE unless you like doing surveys for free!

I managed to earn £35 in 3 days, reaching to gold level. Now I'll be paid more for each survey I complete. Happy dayz!

It is not a scam. I was pay immediately I requested for my payout. It is exciting and nice experience

Started off fine. However, for the last month, every single survey completed (av. 10 mins + each) has failed AFTER completing the survey. Seventeen consecutive surveys.

You raise an issue and get an automated response saying, no payment as only spent a minute on it. Even though clearly you have fully completed and I take screenshots when I can be bothered.

Beginning to wonder if they aren't just pocketing the money for these surveys themselves, Christmas party fund etc. Clearly something is wrong somewhere, but they are simply not interested.

Avoid, unless you love being lied to and having your time wasted.

Since i joined branded survey, not only that i have been enjoying the questions, but am also acquiring new knowledge in different fields, it has exposed me to different ways of asking questions and making research in order to get the answers correct. Kudos

This survey website the same as any other site that promises "quick" money. It's very easy to earn $5 or even $10, but then it becomes nearly impossible to make more. As soon as you hit a certain threshold, there are numerous problems. You'll start seeing more of "you don't qualify," or you'll finish surveys and then will be told that the survey is full, or you'll have loading error after loading error after loading error. It took me 10 hours just to get enough surveys to earn $6. No thank you.

I have heard about doing surveys for years, but never inquired. I recently did with Branded. I am getting use to it. It is fun & enjoying it. I do wish there were more surveys for me to take, but enjoying it. I look forward to each time I get a survey. I did have one today on clothing and stores, something I enjoyed & would love more :o)

This app is a great way to earn extra cash and the surveys are fun and easy to do there are many different topics covered so they are always new
