I've always enjoyed this site and it simplicity, but lately I've noticed improvement in how well the surveys have been with not rejecting.

I was completely answering the surveys as transparent as possible. I literally cashed out $6 then after earning points that added up to be around $20 they banned me and closed my account and didn't allow me to cash in my points! Total scam beware! If I could leave a negative star, I certainly would. Survey Junkie MUCH better.

They get your answers and you get nothing.

**Im new to branded surveys and this is the message I got from them when they locked me out of the site, don't know why, I almost reached 500 before the lockout. They said my answers lack in care and quality which made know sense whatsoever. I made the money and now they won't pay me. **
** I went on the web to look for reviews about branded surveys, and I would say, please stay away, go to survey junkie if you are in the USA. If I could sue them for my pay I would, but what I earn was not worth the time I spent doing their surveys for them and not getting paid. **

The 1st month I made a whole $130. I decided to cash it out. It's been two weeks I haven't seen it. And ever since every survey, I do seems to let me answer for 10 to 15 minutes. And then it kicks me out and says I don't qualify. When you take an 8 minute survey for 15 minutes and it tells you you don't qualify. There is something seriously wrong with the system.
You can make an extra couple bucks for fun. But don't ever try to make money on this for real it'll never happen.

Branded Surveys offers multiple choices in completing surveys, although sometimes I access a survey within minutes of being notified and it is already full. This can be frustrating.

I've been using this for over a year now and suddenly I can't do any surveys.

Branded survey is a good survey site to earn gift card, one thing I love about them is that they focus only surveys and they don't waste your time and energy with game download that you can't reach the payment level. Thumbs up.

I have been completing surveys on this site for a few years. I usually build points until it is worth £50 and then I cash in. It can take a good few months to achieve this as at times surveys are repeatedly unavailable. At other times I can complete several within a short space of time so it can be frustrating. If you have time to spare it is worth doing and many of the surveys are interesting. I have never experienced a problem with payout.

Account locked
My account got locked and my remaining balance has not been paid to me. Apparently I've sped through surveys which violates rules, however when trying to amend this through customer service, I found them to be very rude and unaccepting to proper conversation and that they just wanted me to go away rather than assist me with my issue. Additionally, the answer to such as DOB, job type etc, for most surveys are not allowed, and most kick you out mid-survey for 'not being a match' - what kind of honest opinion should I give then? - and they compensate your time for that survey with 3 points when the survey advertise around 20+ points or so. This is a horrible website with rude customer service and disgraceful website control.

If you try to take the surveys in the evening good luck! Best result is first thing in the morning.

I have been with other survey site and had to receive gift card to turn in my survey points. So nice to receive actual money!

Been on site for just over 2 weeks now. Not cashed out on anything yet but I love doing the surveys in my spare time.

They are very good surveys and easy to do, branded surveys are very honest and reliable company, it's a real deal, you do the survey and you get the points, the points can be redeemed for cash, or gift cards, I enjoy doing the surveys they're easy peezy...

For the most part I'm pleased with the site. My only reason for not saying that it's a five star, is some surveys take up too much time to qualify you before the survey

I participated in 4 to 5 surveys and earned more then 500 points and when I tried to get my payouts they rejected it without any reason. I am not going to trust these bustard's any more. They wasted my precious time.
