It's a great survey platform, the problems with it are the surveys sometimes make you burn 15 minutes, disqualify you, and give you no points for your time. Some of the time estimates are much longer than initially communicated too.

Branded surveys was once a reliable company but they are collapsing quickly. I have used this site for many years without any problem and have earned over 1500 dollars. A couple of years ago they began disqualifying people from surveys that have been completed properly and banking the money for themselves. They have fewer and fewer surveys available all the time. Last week after trying to cash out they simply banned my account and said they wouldn't pay. When a survey company begins seizing money without cause its a sure sign the company is bankrupt and simply can't pay. Don't waste your time here

I had a good experience navigating surveys and learned new things. It looked Iike I was refreshing my mind on what I have learned from school. Surveys cahllenged me and gave me an opportunity to dive into the market sector. I also liked the design of each and every survey.

I have loved how easy it is to get surveys that are appropriate for my interest levels. The higher I go in badges the easier it becomes.

I literally have a complete and validated profile that I created early this morning, and now my account is telling me "Oops! Looks like you're unable to participate in our surveys." and when reaching out to customer service, all you get is a bot chat and bot email asking "does this relate to your request" type thing. I live in Texas, so my account was not accessed in an unapproved country. I have almost 400pts and would like to know why my account is locked, but hey, the bot doesn't know.

I like the variety of surveys provided and that I have accessed and have successfully completed. The surveys are both timely and relevant.

I'm a new member here. I'm quite content so far although some surveys are too long and make me lose interest because many questions keep repeating over and over. No problem at all with the payout

I accrued points by doing multiple surveys and suddenly was prohibited from taking more surveys. No explanation given. I earned hundreds of points and money that was never paid to me. The site is a rip-off. Be very wary. Stay away!

This is pretty much a scam. I have tried for 3 consecutive days to complete a survey. I have tried to complete 6-12 surveys each day. Either I click on a survey and am told that the survey is full (this is always before noon Eastern) OR After filling out 20 questions, I get the message that I'm not qualified for the survey. For these efforts I get 0-3 points. I'm done.

Easy to do and easy money, if you have spare time then why not earn some extra cash, it's as simple as pressing begin

I spend about six hours doing survey after survey. I was super excited to see my balance wracking up. By then end, I had about $25. I had set my payout option as an amazon gift card. I went to payout for the first time, and it said it was processing. It seemed normal/fine and so I did more surveys while I waited. A couple hours later, it said my payout was denied. I thought that was strange, so I tried again, but this time it wouldn't let me payout. I contacted support, but they did not respond. Less then an hour later, I went to try to payout again to see if it was working, and found myself logged out. I went to log in, and it said my account was flagged, I couldn't access anything. I was super frustrated, so I sent an email to support again.

The next day I received a response saying that my account was blocked after a "thorough" review. They said I would not be able to do anything to get it back or to retrieve any of my points. They gave no explanation as to why or what I had done. I tried asking questions, but they have stopped responding.

I'm very very frustrated, as one would imagine. Not only did they seemingly block my account for no reason, but they have stopped answering me, given me no option to get my points that I worked 6+ hours for and now my account is gone. I'm so frustrated. This represents a lot of time and efforts, and they have just ripped it away with no explanation or reason.

Not a good site in my opinion you won't get what you expect…………! Yep

Branded Surveys dies not allow me to take high value Surveys due my age being over 70. Despite the fact that I have two Master of Science degrees, an MBA from an Ivy League school, a Bachelors in Economics and run a multi million dollar business where every employee makes over $500k per year. I am also a commercial instrument rated pilot and a world traveler meeting with world leaders and dining in the finest restaurants in the world and recognized as one if the top wine experts in the world. Their algorithms are faulty and I could not recommend their platform to anyone serious about earning money by taking surveys. I review many things for many platforms. I hope this helps people not to waste their time.

Awesome survey site. I get paid immediately after earning $5 to pay PayPal debit card. This site pays more than most.

After you register you will never find the same site under the same name. You will be half way through a Survey then SUDDENLY no longer qualify for it. If your lucky you may acquire the 500 points after hours upon hours to be allotted your big ol $5
