When you get a survey is easy to use the platform. However, I would say that you get a survey one out of 5 tries. Sometimes you are kickoff a survey after you have spent time there

It inevitably wastes enormous amount of time by asking you numerous questions on a survey only to disqualify you, don't be a fool, like I was, stay away from this scam.

My surveys sputtered, and then stopped. I sent an email to branded surveys defined a reason why this is happened. I have had no answer. I guess I will try and sign up for a different survey company. Branded was good until it wasn't. They should at least give you a reason.

I mostly am ok with this site but as of late it seems they frequently dump you 90 percent of the way through a survey with no points. Maybe they have no control over this but they should keep track of surveys that do this. It's very frustrating to work on a survey for 10 minutes, give them a lot of information, and then get bumped because the "survey is full" if it's full they should not accept you to begin with.

Little to no customer service help. I have taken and provided thoughtful answers through several surveys (way past demographics, they got what they wanted from me). Most of the time either the surveys or the app tells me I'm disqualified, so I started screen recording my surveys. I have spent a lot of time reporting these surveys and sending evidence, so far absolutely nothing has been done

Brand Survey is awesome. So much fun and you get paid to do it. You even learn more about who you are, what you believe, and how you are approaching life. A chance to shape your future and others...love it!

I like the company, but I often get kick out of surveys and some are long. All in all, I enjoyed the survey topics

I am a bored artist with a big FB following and wanted to do a review to see if my over 116,000 readers would qualify for this site to make extra money with no discriminations. So far my age of 78 doesn't seem to be a problem. I have probably forgotten more about marketing than most of these places will ever learned. So far so good and will review again next week. I added a picture so they could see I am not dead yet.

I am a retired nurse so have been restless and had health issues. Since I joined this survey site, the days have been very calm and I look forward to doing them. It gets easier day by day, my sleep is much better at night and most of all keeps me busy and my blood pressure is much settled.

I wasted an hour doing a survey for it to tell me that I didnt qualify for it after answering a million questions. Had to watch videos, turn my camera on, etc and it was a waste of time because i only got 2 points. Do not get fooled into thinking its a way to make money. You will spend countless hours making a fraction of a dent towards money.

When you register your account with branded surveys, everything is fine, then slowly, you will get surveys that you spend lots of time answering (HONEST ANSWERS) but at about 98% of the finish you get rejected claiming that you are not qualified, that means, they got all the answers that they need and they claim that you are not qualified with the remaining 2%. WHAT A SCAM business this branded surveys is. And the funny part, when I complained too much about this happening to me on a daily basis, and have requested to speak to a manager to explain and complain, they locked my account and did not pay me my balance. What a scam company branded survey is. Watch out, don't waste your time with them.

Picking up aluminum cans from the side of the road would be a better use of your time. All of the surveys were either full or I didn't qualify (after taking much of the survey).

It is very interesting to come across a great platform called Branded Surveys and suddenly you find yourself learning about new brands, and earning new $$$.

I enjoy the surveys but it seems I get turned down by more than I actually get to fill out. Though I do appreciate when I get a few points just trying before I get turned down.

I like how easy it is to actually get paid once you earn $5 worth of points. HOWEVER, here are the downsides of Branded Surveys: 1) Oftentimes you spend several minutes working on a survey, only to have it "fill up" before you finish, and then you get locked out without earning any points for the work you did. 2) It can be difficult to "qualify" for surveys, depending on your demographic information. 3) Some of the surveys take MUCH longer to complete than advertised. I've ended up backing out of surveys several times because of this, and of course earn no points for my efforts. Another popular survey platform at least gives you 5 points each time you start a survey. Branded Surveys does not.
