After using the site for years, they arbitralily started to require so-called 'verification' of the users. The problem is that it is prejudiced against those who do not have a smartphone of a webcam. They offer no other way to verify and act hostile when you question them. They will not give you the rewards you earned if you cannot verify using their incompetent verification system.

At first, it seemed like it was even better than Swagbucks. But now, I literally fail almost survey now. It is an utter, crap filled waste of time. Their customer service doesn't even do jack sh*t. How do they even stay online?

I really injoyed for took part all survay, this is best experience of my life because I got more confident to gave answers all Questions, Thanks.

I have worked partway through surveys only to be informed I didn't match. It's simply a way to collect data without any payout.

I started using this app 2weeks ago it's easy and has a lot of surveys to complete. Very delighted with the app highly recommended

This site is so well built and has an awesome app. Both the site and the app work brilliantly. I love the daily poll for points, the leader board, daily prize giveaways and 50 point referral bonus per person who gets the silver badge - bonus. The 100 points on sign up is great too. The fact that there is a tired process to get a bonus percentage on points is also amazing. My only criticism is I wish it paid out in USD$ for me. As a Canadian it only pays out in CAD$, yet I deal mostly in USD$. USD$ payouts would make it the ultimate site.

A real junk site that lets you do surveys,then they dont pay you,if you use it cash out as fast as you can,most of there survys will ask post code 3 to 5 time age all kinds of your info then most wont work they just want free info about you,a complete junk site run by crooks

That's about it. I did the surveys in good faith even though many of them were very frustrating. It would tell you the survey takes 5 minutes. That's just pre-survey of the actual survey that's like 30 minutes. I finally just reached the very first payout yesterday. And the website immediately blocked me! It started to repeatedly ask me for a cell phone number and would not stop asking. I messaged customer service. They responded by blocking my account "based on information in my account". My account was active for almost a year and there was nothing wrong with it. I firmly believe that they blocked me in order to not pay me the measely $5. I searched around to see if this suspicious coincidence happened to someone else. And it's all over. They block accounts rather than give a chance to cash out. And they tell you the block is permanent, there's nothing you can do, your points are gone and that's it. Go away.

When I first signed up to Branded survey it was good at first. Now, I have noticed that some of the surveys will cheat me out of my points and I sometimes the surveys will disqualify me at the last minute. It is hard to get a responses from the Branded survey team and I would not recommend this site. Some people might have luck with it, but I had a poor experience with Branded Survey.

They are currently being investigated for internet fraud. They have been accused of selling member information to hackers and counterfeiters for a percentage of their profits.

This survey site will promise you about a dollar to complete a 25-minute survey, which isn't much to start with.

That said, most of the surveys will tell you that you "do not quality" after spending about 5 minutes answering pre-qualifications. It really feels like you're being tricked into giving them data for free.

Okay so I have been on Branded surveys for almost 2 and a half months. In the beginning I got surveys often the last month I have not gotten anything. I have tried over and over and over I even to a part in some surveys that just stop working like I can't advance to the next question. I also hate the false advertisement of say a 5-10 min survey when you finish a few questions you get a black background and a three tier part of another survey not getting anything for what you had. These surveys are my personal time. I do them as I can to keep my mind active and as I have a little downtime. I find it aggravating when I get done with some surveys and get zero points also. Yes that has happened to me. So I am very choosy in what I accept for a survey anything more than 15 min I won't even bother.

I find a variety of surveys that are designed for the consumer as well as used for marketing purposes

They blocked my account after having over 800 points and my personal info. They will manage to pay out just a little amount so you will think they are legit. Avoid them!

They ask the same questions over and over. After two weeks, they still don't know that I have a cat. They never send surveys which are pertinent, because they manage to know nothing about me, no matter what is in my profile, or how many of the same questions I answer. I couldn't figure out how to delete my account, so I simply unsubscribed from all their stupid emails. This website is not worth bothering with, you'll make more money clipping coupons! Life is short, don't spend it on Branded Surveys!

I have been doing reviews for less than a week.I have already learned more about my daily habits at work home and relaxing.The questions are all about you and you alone, answer honestly and you shall be rewarded.I love this site. Mark ( Tampa)

This is an enjoyable experience thus far, admittedly I've only been on the platform for about a week. But I've had a pleasurable experience. I liken it do doing a crossword or sodoku in passing. Except you are contributing to most accessible brand purchase pool. It feels necessary plus we're paid for it. I'll check back in, in the future to give an updated review! But so far, so good.

I'm always honest and they said I wasn't and then blocked. I wouldn't do surveys if I couldn't answer truthfully. Now I'm blocked. Don't use this company ever, they are corrupt. Spread the word.

I've done over 30 surveys and at the end it tells me either I didn't qualify for the "ponts" or I never get the full amount of points that was being advertised.
