Apparently I rushed through surveys and they decided to suspend my account where I built up £20 worth of points!
Customer service was rude and kept convincing me that I did something wrong which led to my account deactivation.
They robbed my time and my money.
Be aware and never pile up points, redeem money soon as you are eligible, seem like this is their common practice to deactivate accounts when they build up £20 or 20$ from what I read on line, seem that I am not the only one!

When you first sign up you get a lot of surveys that you qualify for but, after using the site awhile you end up NOT qualifying for a majority of the surveys OR you finish several surveys only to get hung up and NOT get points. You can report it but then only get a fraction of what the original survey promises. That said they DO pay you when you cash out but to make a measly 20 bux!

After trying a half dozen other apps I found Branded Surveys.
Branded is the major leagues and the others cannot compare or compete.
Just be honest & you'll make good $$.

Surveys can be interesting and generally, fairly easy to answer but you have to complete many surveys taking quite a lot of time to earn enough points to earn a reward so only proceed if you have lots of spare time.

It only took a matter of a few days to realize Branded Surveys was nothing more than a worthless time suck. Can't count the number of times when I answered numerous preliminary questions to qualify for a survey, only to be end up being advised that I was not a good match to continue the survey. After a minimum of five and half hours of trying to take surveys and actually completing several I accumulated enough points to earn a whopping $10 "reward." When I attempted to use PayPal to receive this payment I was alerted that a photo of a government issued ID AND a selfish would be needed to complete this payment!
I decided then and there to delete this ridiculous survey app.

I reached the $5.00 payout threshold on Branded Surveys and decided to see if I would get paid. No, I did not get paid. In order to fix the problem, they said I must send them copies of my personal documents via my phone, and I'm not doing that for obvious reasons. It's funny how they are suddenly concerned about my identity after being totally unconcerned while I was making money for them. They gypped me out of $5.13 and several hours of my time. Never again!

I started taking surveys with Branded Surveys and it has been a great experience. I also learn new stuff from every survey I do. It didn't take long to become a Gold member and there are always surveys to do anytime you wish. Its been a great experience taking these professional written surveys and they pay.

I'm relatively new but being retired this gives me something to do. It does take some dedicated time and many surveys are filled or I do mot qualify for. Bit that is totally to be expected.

After consistently answering surveys in the past 2 weeks, I am officially a branded gold elite! Thanks Branded Surveys for this opportunity and cheers to more surveys to fulfill!

Great place to participate in surveys and make money. I can do this on my spare time and not deel pressured.

This site and reviews are pretty crappy. It says do not lie, but then in surveys, will force you to or you exit the review completely, after completing 40+ minutes and receive no payout. Example; my profile states that I have two children. Every survey, if asked, I say I have two children. One survey, got me in, answered many questions, then asked me about child 1, child 2, and then child 3. No option to say I didn't have a third child. I either had to lie and say I had a third in order to continue or exit with no payout. Another, it asked my annual household income and then when I typed it in, it said I couldn't put that because the range was only 0-*******. Who makes only 10k a year? Another time, I was doing a survey for over an hour and got 98% complete and then their servers went down. No payout after all that time committed. There are many, many more instances where this site screws you over. I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall, it's a pretty painless way to earn a little money, but I have two major concerns: The biggest is that I have completed a few surveys and not received my points for them. I don't know if this is an issue at Branded Surveys level or with the individual survey takers, but it is a ripoff. This has happened wll past the point that I have answered qualifyibng questions and completed a lot of topical information, so it's different than not meeting the criteria for the survey. I guess the other is not major, just more of an annoyance, and that is the amount of time wasted trying to get into surveys I am not suited for. Branded surveys has enough fo my demoagraphic info to be able to tie it to only surveys for which I am qualified. It would save time and frustration

Other than that, I'm enjoying the experience

Just to let you know that branded Surveys IS legit and to quell some fears you might be having.
First off its just a $5 payoff limit.
2nd they really do pay off to PayPal.
It's just that until you reach a silver medal ranking, that it takes a day or 2 before they release your cash to PayPal. But it only took me a day to reach bronze medal and then another day to reach silver. Now my money goes immediately, if I want that.to PayPal. Now I'm up to gold after 8 days, and all of these levels have some good incentives to keep you going. It's been fun, give it a shot.

I love doings these servey I hope I could qualify for more surveys tho. But overall the questions are reasonable

Don't mind doing repetitive surveys, but when you get to the end of a looooong one and then it tells you it's full!? Frustrating! Should say up front.

I feel like it takes too long to get to where the system is paying for time spent. I moved to golf status in 8 days and still only made about $16.00.

Its easy to follow the surveys and interesting to be involved plus the chance to earn real money also

I need cash money VERY much and I found taking surveys on the internet is a quick and painless way to get it. I am on 6 six survey platforms and I find Branded Surveys does pay out real cash fast in opposition to platforms that insist you spend earnings in gift cards or only at Amazon. The surveys are limited only by who you are. I am retired so I find I don't appeal to companies who are looking for women 18-49 demographic who have more disposable income, tend to watch ads carefully and spend for families. Still I do get to express my opinion often and sometimes get interesting surveys from universities or sources outside the US. I like to evaluate ads with videos made in raw form that lead to real ads I see on TV. Branded provides these surveys and if you qualify Branded will pay you what you were promised straight to the bank.
