The package was on the UPS delivery truck ready to be delivered when supplyhouse requested they return the order. When I enquired, they lied & said it was because of the Chinaflu. It defies logic why they would do such a stupid thing. Do yourself a favor, find a supplier that doesn't lie to the customers and stop shipments w/o cause.
Overnight order placed, part was needed to fix heat in home. Called next day to find out why my part had not arrived and was told they could not even confirm it was shipped. When I should have received my emergency part, so my 2-year-old would have heat, I'm given the run around from Supply House's incompetent managers that cannot tell me when or if I will receive the part
I ordered parts and they were actually delivered THE NEXT DAY! And I used their standard shipping. Turned out some of the parts I ordered I goofed up on. Without question they emailed the paperwork necessary for the return and they accepted them and credited my account. I'm so pleased with this company that I cannot wait to recommend them to everyone I know. Fantastic!

Ordered several times from SupplyHouse.com. They always had what I need in stock at the best prices. They also stock in-between pipe sizes that are not available at my local home store. Shipping always is fast. Many orders were delivered within 2 days! One time, I needed a product to be replaced under manufacturer warranty. They went above and beyond to help me get that done.

The minimum purchase for free shipping is not outrageous like on other websites, and never takes more than a day or two to reach me. They do a good job listing as many details as possible on their item pages so that you know which product to select. Lastly, they are usually the most competitively priced, but even if they are not, they will match their competitors if you just email them. You can't beat that!
