I spent 171 + for furnace filters which were in two three packs of 6. They were not matching the description of the size, therefore I could not use. Contacted customer support and they said I cannot return partial case. They sent me an email confirming that they had listed the wrong size. Therefore I wasted the money. You are better off paying more from a big box store. Not worth money. Zero support. Save your time and money DO NOT BUY HERE. The worst part is I have bought filters here for the past goes uear and spent several hundred dollars, clearly they do not value their customers. Look somewhere else.
Never ever had a problem with any of my orders or the fast speed at which they were delivered to me. Don't understand some of these negative reviews. Not by me I totally stand by this company they even have electrical parts!

We needed to replace some steam air vents at home, that's relatively easy to do without hiring a plumber. I found the items easily on the website, placed an order and received them quickly.
Turns out that cheaper is not always better... one of them broke after a couple months and released a lot of steam on the basement wall. I contacted customer service, they provided a refund, and I was able to order a replacement- this time of higher quality, at a higher price, hoping it will last for years.

They sold me a controller card that did not work. They then want me to jump through several hoops and never call back or return emails. Mean while my tenant has had to go over a week without heat.
I will never buy from them again.
I paid $99 dollars for the card and today found it for $71.
Avoid them!

I had ordered from the company, the carrier made and error, the company refused to give my refund back, the carrier shipped the item back to them after a delivery failure. I went back and forth with them. They refused to give my refund until they get the item back. I still don't have the refund.

Your customers are your responsibility, regardless of your shipping carrier problems.
Learn to take ownership for each customer you deal with. Whatever you do, don't tell the customer you will perform a service and then not follow through! That's called "Lack of Integrity" in your business model! Ie... Mike W with order #*******.
Don't blame your shipping carrier. Have some integrity towards your business!
FYI... UPS "Sortation Delay" means they lost your package! Your customers know that too. Don't leave them hanging! Oh... and anyone trying to submit a complaint, they block your IP address... losers.

Company lies on their website about shipping times. When I ordered at 9am Monday it said order today and have it tomorrow (27th). I get shipping notification last night. I check it this morning and it just says label created. I called and was lied to by the rep who assured me it went out on the truck. Not until 1:41 today (day I was supposed to have the part) it shows on way and I will have it tomorrow. I don't appreciate being lied to and will never, ever use this company again for parts.
I am new to the HVAC industry so I don't really know what I am doing. I reached out to our rep Nicole S on several occasions and she has been absolutely NOTHING but helpful and kind every time. It is hard to come by employees who actually care about their customers and Supply House and Nicole and her team definitely do. I sure do appreciate them!
Ive ordered a fair amount of material from these people Im a small business so getting a good price is important. As the majority of the itemes are priced well, be careful because not ALL is, shop it. The biggest problem i have with them is there qouted arrival time, I would say less than 1/2 of my orders come when they say they will, its usally a day or upto 3 days longer than they say its gunna be. Ive called them on this and its more productive to bang your head on the wall. Of coarse its not her fault they say its the shipping company blah blah blah, dont believe it. Ive counted MANY times on getting product when they say it will arrive only to look stupid and get hit with delay charges from customers and contractors for not being able to get project done by going off when they claim i will get material. So DONT count on there arrival date if its important. This is the case even if you are in there "fast track" area or even if your a "trademaster" makes no different. Price = Good Delivery promise = FAIL. Dont state it if cant fullfill
Great customer service, but their returns can not be combined since they ship different items to different locations. If they can adopt an Amazon model I would give them 5 stars.
We purached a water heater vault from SupplyHouse.com. When the parts came, we were unable to install it as the threaded interface was wear and tear. We suspected it was a used part. We called their customer service and explained it was a defect product with all the detail information they required. Finally they replied that the part is not returnable as we unpacked it and tried to install it. We did not even take off the tapes of the parts how could they determined we used itwithout looking at the product. They sent several emails trying everything they could prvent me from returning the part and getting the refunds. We are very unhappy with their services. I feel we got cheated.
I'm a pro contractor and I've enjoyed purchasing from SupplyHouse as their prices are always the best. The problem is their offerings are limited so I sometimes find what I need but usually not. Sorry but I did not keep the receipts available.

Installed a new draft inducer motor for customer part failed and they would not return part saying it was the wrong part that was installed. It was exactly the same part had all the same specification molex plugs exactly the same. This was just a way to get out of standing behind the warranty.
I needed a paid receipt for the water heater I bought online at supplyhouse.com, in order to receive the rebate my electric company was offering. I called the 1-888 number, and Chelsea answered. In less than a minute I had a paid receipt in my e-mail! That is awesome customer service! The shipping of the water pump, was handled well, also! Awesome company to deal with.

I've worked for many years in the customer service industry. I know how a review can effect your business. That's why I want to be perfectly clear about my experience with Supply House. 1st of all I spoke to a helpful representative (Danny) who looked up my part and made sure it was what I needed. He ordered the part with me on the phone so I could verify, in real time, that it was ordered. He only charged me for ground rates and the overall cost of my part was $100.00 cheaper than any other place I looked. Needless to say I was super skeptical when I received the part by 7 pm the next day! Apparently they found a distributor close by my area and were able to get it to me next day! The part I ordered was a control module for a air handler blower motor. The part was an exact match/pre-programmed and super easy to install! Thank you guys for a job well done! I will definitely tell my friends about you and use you again soon! Thanks again Danny, good job!
I ordered a Bradford White hot water heater based upon representations it was in stock and could be delivered to my tenant within the week. However, the tracking information kept pushing the delivery date back every day I looked and my tenant had to keep changing plans to be present for new arrival dates. I called customer service to find out why the delivery kept getting pushed back (it was now scheduled for delivery on 8/30) and when I was going to get it. I was promised a call back that I never got. The next morning, I looked at tracking and now it said it was expected by 8/19, a date that had passed a week ago. I spoke to a representative and canceled the order now that it appeared the product was lost in transit and I had my handyman pick up a Rheem at Home Depot. Three days later, I get an email from SupplyHouse saying they are going to charge me a $121 freight fee or the product will "remain in transit" and I won 't get my refund. I've already paid for a new one and nowhere on any of the emails and invoices I received does it say I'll be charged. In fact, it says very clearly I can cancel an order anytime and there is no restocking fee. I should not have to pay a freight fee for an order I had to cancel because SupplyHouse couldn't deliver as promised.
I needed a rebuild kit for an anti backflow valve. I called around locally, and none were able to get the kit in less than two days. I ordered from Supply House at 4:00pm. The web site claimed it would be here the next day. I thought, "No way. I'm ordering late, I'll give it a couple of days." Not a chance. Kit showed up on my front door in 24 hrs to the minute. Absolutely amazing. The exact right kit, at a price near the lowest advertised online. Supply House is my first choice from here on out.
I found SupplyHouse.com after two very unpleasant experiences with a horrible PEX house in Brooklyn, NY. Supplyhouse is a reliable vendor of quality components, not just PEX. I am always concerned about the quality of components in my drinking water and I have every confidence in the quality of goods from this supplier. In addition, the customer service at Supplyhouse is OUTSTANDING. Instead of dealing with a mush-mouth, thuggish, buffoone from a high crime city, you get respectful, helpful, and personable customer service folks at Supplyhouse.com. So to recap, never buy anything from the New York City borough, use helpful merchants with decent staff, and buy quality materials at good prices.
Placed a couple thousand dollar order, they owed a credit back and denied it. Typical NY folks. Would not use again. Contractor beware of this company
