I understand that prosciutto is ok without refrigeration, but is mortadella ok even if it arrives warm? I am not sure. Olives also said "keep refrigerated" and no it did not say "keep refrigerated after opening".

I was a little nervous shopping, but everything arrived as promised and so well protected, nothing was damaged or broken. Very respectful of our purchases. Says a lot of good things about your company. Not many remote stores do such a thoughtful job. I'll be back.

Prices are great for hard to find items. Everything came well packaged. Shipping was a bit slow but no big deal.

Ordered and paid for item listed as in stock on 4/12 and waited for shipping info. On 4/17 notified item was not in stock (5 days after order) and asked if I wanted to wait an unknown period of time for it to get back in stock or request a refund. I requested a refund and received it the next day.

Ordered same product from a different vendor on 4/21 and received product on 4/24 (less time than it took Supermarket Italy to notify me that it was out of stock).

Supermarket Italy has a big variety of many Italian products. It makes it easier to find my favorite brand of cookies.

I ordered several types of Mestemacher bread. I was looking for something similar to a European bread I can no longer find at Trader Joe's. I tried a few that were on sale that had shorter expiration dates, and two that I wanted to try - Pumpernickel and Sunflower Seed. I ordered 12 loaves in all. The breads were delivered on time, and well packaged. But when I unpacked them all, the Pumpernickel one had some extra fuzzy dots inside the package. I've reached out to the company but haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping to get a replacement. Of the types I've tried so far - only Flax Seed and Three Grain, the Flax Seed was very good, Three Grain was good.

Being able to get all the goodies we are used to eating and drinking from living in Italy and Germany is heavenly. Products are as expected, service is flawless
