I was truly impressed with the ease of use of the site, quick pay and satisfied with products and pricing!

My order was shipped via FedEx, which I expressly and repeated requested NOT be used (I requested USPS.) No communication in reply to my request. No tracking information provided. I found my order on the side of a forest road over a tenth of a mile from my house probably three days after it was delivered, sitting in 90 degree heat over the weekend.

Love the mixer I ordered. It came very fast and wrapped well.

I ordered tea via the internet, received it in a few days. That was it. Not much to add.

The olives kalamata olives were a horrible mass of Grey mush. It was difficult to find a real Olive in the mass. Not even sure if they are safe to eat?

As stated previously...Ordered the Cherries on 5/19 to have on hand for the Memorial weekend celebration. Credit card processed and monies issued 5/22. Product not shipped until 5/25. Languished in delivery and finally delivered on 6/2. Surely thought that I had placed my order in ample time for arrival by the holiday but...understand that is not something I can depend on as I had received products quite promptly with my previous orders and can't rely on past results.

Excellent quality but...dang, so expensive! I figure there are many expenses involved in procuring and selling these goods. It was nice to be able to taste foods I haven't had in a while, but not a luxury I can afford often.

Do not do surveys. Ask me again, and I will never shop at this site again!

I'm so glad I found Supermarket Italy. I find so many great products on your site. Customer service has always been excellent and my orders have always arrived quickly & in good shape.

What can I say. Finding scarmorza requires Indiana Jones skills to find it. Even Eataly didn't have it on line. Ordering was easy and the cool pack's kept it cold when it arrived.
