Prompt delivery of exactly what I ordered. Happy customer. Order was packaged really well and survived in very good shape! The delivery box looked like it had been severely abused in shipping.

I like Napoli coffee with the robusta "bite". This has a nice soft bitterness but not overpowering. The price was a closeout as it would be out of date soon. What I have found the out of date ESE pods do not seem to go stale. I had some almost two years out of date that still had a good taste and a nice crema. Could still float sugar! I have a Piccola Piccola ESE machine that makes fabulous cups. I use nine to twelve pods per day as I like triples. I pull to one and a half ounces using a two-ounce shot glass. These pods seem to pull at one and a half ounces with a crema head to fill the shot glass.

Ordered wrong item.I got confused about different items, ordered from phone too small to read properly. Will use lap top next time.

Upon arrival, one bag was completely open, and the Biscottis were floating around in the interior box. However, there was no damage to the shipping box. I opened the second bag and placed them in a seal-tight container. The following day I grabbed my coffee and two biscottis. The first bite of the biscottis tasted odd, almost a dry dough flavor. I tried again and then asked a coworker what she thought; she said it didn't taste right.

Before posting this review, I emailed and completed their customer satisfaction survey. Mistakes happen, but when a company asks a customer to share their experience and does not address it, there is no excuse for that.

Everything was fine---our order, speed of delivery. Just started the olives; they are excellent so far.

My order came exactly as I intended, with no damage and minimal wear (to be expected on fragile bags of flour). It came surprisingly quick too! Thank you for the great product, I'll definitely be purchasing again when I'm out.
