Ordered 12 bags of chocolate candy in June that came melted. Got 50% refund although the only opened 1 bag as the others were for gifts so not sure what they would look like. Slow response from customer service. No cooling mechanism no dry ice nothing used to protect the fragile chocolate. Disappointing.

I'm always a little wary of new online shopping sites, but this is the real deal. Great assortment of Italian/Euro products that are tough to find in the US. Delivery was timely and arrived well packed, not breakage or damage despite multiple glass bottles.

A bit pricey, so not sure if im going to be ordering more.

Thankful to have access to Italian products with healthier ingredients than those produced in the USA.

Item arrived fast and was chilled upon arrival. Supermarket Italy Carries products I can't find at my location.

The sea urchin was very soft and watery. I expected a firmer product.

Very happy to have found some specific pantry staples that I love- while also being able to shop for some new items that are more interesting than typical American groceries. This site is a very nice way to get Italian imports!

To order on-line is so easy - response on order is great - only drawback would be on separate shipments (which is not a problem) it would be great to be told of more than one tracking number

The checkout process was as seamless as online shopping gets. From finding what I was looking for to putting in my billing information, that all took me no more than 5 minutes. My only complaint was that it took several days for them to process my order and have my items shipped. But that is normal, and completely understandable. The delivery was fast after the items finally shipped and the items were packaged extremely well, so I can't complain about the time it took to ship.

My order arrived faster than expected. I still have yet to try it, but I no doubt will be satisfied.

A lower price and more coupons would be helpful and very welcome.
