I received my products from SuperMarketItaly in a week and 2 days from placing my order. That's after FedEx decided to reschedule the delivery of my products 4 times before I called and requested them to actually delivered which they did the following day. I suppose I would've received my items within the week of placing the order. Besides using FedEx, I feel I will order through this store again

As above. I wish they wouldn't force me to write more than I intended. The product is the same as other vendors. It's the price, freshness and shipping that matters. These were all excellent.

Everything came in perfect condition! I will be gifting a couple of the items, and can't wait to try the olive oil and pasta.

This is the first time shopping on this site. I am very impressed with the shipping and packaging of the bread we ordered. We haven't tried it yet due to the holiday season still a few weeks off so I can't review the bread yet. If the bread is as good as the purchase experience then I will be happy.

A bit pricey...but product is from Italy! I am happy to be able to purchase and receive at my home in Central CA!

I was satisfied with the delivery of products. However, they were gifts and I did not see any options on website for including a note as to who sent the gifts. I also fear that a listing of prices was included in package. Also I have points and there was no easy way for me to figure out how to redeem than when checking out

You are pushing me for responses I am unable to provide. That is tantamount to poor customer relations.

I had a mostly good service over several orders. I like the shipping rates for perishable items. The selection is very good. Prices are reasonable for some items and better during a sale.

I live in the South, in an area with no Italian store, so being able to order from Supermarket Italy is a pleasure. The gift I sent arrived very promptly.

Easy to shop, great products, excellent customer service

I received my first order quickly and will Order more. But my phone calls or emails were never answered. I wanted to inquire if there was an actual store that I could visit and never could contact you - you should have better customer service or at least put the information on your website. I now know that you just have a warehouse and no store, but that can easily be noted on your website. Other than that, I am satisfied.
