Supermarket Italy and the products I purchased deserve a 5 stars rating, but FedEx deserves 3 stars at best. For some unknown reason, my shipment of perishables was held in Cypress, TX by FedEx for several days.
Good, but to many "sold out" items

I was looking for Sea Salt "Sel de Guerande" and googled it. Supermarket Italy came up with the product, it was an easy process and the prices were fair.
I emailed super market Italy and have gotten no response
The escargot are perfectly fine. My only disappointments were (1) I was never sent a notice when the order was shipped nor given a tracking number until I contacted customer service and requested an update on the status of my order and (2) my order was shipped via FedEx Sure Post, the slowest method known to human kind (shipped on the 5th and delivered on the 19th). Otherwise, all was well, and my inquiry to customer service was answered quickly and courteously
Intuitive, responsive website including good information about the seller. Very reasonable flat rate shipping cost, too.
It is always a great pleasure for me, as an Italian that lives in US, to find authentic Italian product in your store. Keep up the good job 👏🏻
We received no notification that package was delivered. Package was in bad shape, one of coffee can has big dent, at least not all way threw.
