It went well. My brother was delighted with his gift.

This particular experience was disappointing and surprising. The shipping box was packed very well but the product container was dented and splitting on the seams. Fortunately, the contents seem ok; edible.

So far, things have been quick and easy. Package was delivered whe said.

I was so happy to find these products. Was searching everywhere for Pasta O's and was happy to find Brioschi. Happy memories of my grandparents always having it on hand. I can't wait to try them.

I ordered 2 boxes of Lavazza expresso capsules (100 each) thinking they were the ones compatible with my Nexpresso machine. I opened one and found out they were not compatible with Nexpresso. I contacted customer service and was told 1 can only return the box that was not opened. I have to send it back by my choice of carrier and then I have to make sure to send them the track number so I can be refunded. This is not easy returns.
