These were packaged incorrectly without ice. When I contacted you and asked for advice I was told, "FedEx is working on it, you will get them this week." 8 days of non-refrigeration of the olives in shipment does not sound edible to me. Why did you not put ice in? Your customer service was no service, it was a delay tactic. I am very upset about losing money.

I really enjoy the wide array of products and the amazing deals they have going on all the time. I am a regular shopper here.

Your site isn't user friendly after stepping away returning to complete order it wasn't in cart. 2nd attempt you've changed prices on numerous items listed in clearance. I had over $70 in total you list shipping fees. That's it!
