I am a customer living in Alaska. I had my olives shipped to AK before. Now you don't ship to AK any more because of the pandemic...? So I had my order shipped to our daughter in Oregon, who put the 4 lb of olives in a Medium FlatRate box and shipped it to AK for $16,10.
I don't see quite the point why the pandemic stopped you shipping to AK when I actually pay for the shipping...?!
It's easy, other's do it. I would order a lot more...
There are LOTS of Alaskans that have a taste for good food and by the way they might be of Italian/European heritage...

I am a huge fan. I moved from a large city back east to very rural Wyoming. I love it here and am so glad to have found SupermarketItaly so that I can enjoy many of my favorite things even way out here. Service is great, items are very well packed and always arrive in perfect condition and in good time. Love it.

I have been generally happy with products and services from Supermarket Italy but am put off that when ordering the order sheet asks for a tip. I appreciate good service and tip will when I am purchasing a service such as food, haircuts... But tipping for a product doesn't seem right. If your employees need a tip for a living wage, that speaks poorly for your company.

I appreciate that you sent a follow-up email to confirm delivery but resent having to fill out a review as part of the confirmation. Again, bad form.
