This was my first order from this business and I was hesitant since I had never heard of this business before. But I gave it a try and I am glad I did. They had items I couldn't find elsewhere and everything shipped quickly and was packaged well.

It's hard to know if stores online are reliable or not. I took my chances with SupermarketItaly.com because they had some hard to find Italian playing cards I was looking for. As a bonus they had some quality Italian, Croatian, and Spanish food products that I wouldn't mind a few quantities of.

The order went through smoothly and I received the products I purchased in a reasonable time. I would not hesitate to use their online store again.

Good shopping experience, but I was put off at the end when I was asked to add a percentage "tip." It has always been customery to leave a tip for "personal" service that is above or beyond —I never spoke with a real person during my entire shopping experience. If y'all require more $ to pay your shipping team, how about a surcharge for hard to acquire grocery items, why not roll into the price of the item or make your shipping a flat $10 fee and give extra $2 to those packaging your orders?
