The jar arrived, open, in a sleeve package
The pepper stained oil was everywhere in the packaging and on my other mail
I have no idea whether the food would be considered safe to eat since open unrefrigerated for an unknown period of time
Jars should be shipped in a cardboard box, preferably marked this side up, with popcorn or newspaper or, less optimally, plastic bubble wrap, so they are not at risk of opening.
I am not likely to shop with y'all again

The products are ok, but the shipping wasn't. I received it 3 days after the scheduled delivery. No explanations or information regarding the delays.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering again, because my prior order included guanciale that was excessively fat and unacceptable. We ended up discarding it after the first use, what should have been an optimal spaghetti carbonara. It bore no relation to the guanciale we used to buy when living in Rome. My complaint seemed to be summarily dismissed and I received no satisfaction at all. Deeply disappointed about that. You should have stood by the products you sell.

I was very pleased with the products prices and delivery. However, I could not apply the given discount code online I was told to place the order and then contact Supermarketitaly with the code and they would manually apply the discount. It took quite awhile and several emails and a phone call till the discount was applied to my credit card. Otherwise, I have not complaints.

My order was delivered rapidly, ordering was easy.
