No issues with seeing to product or ordering. I did get a refund for a credit card purchase of an item that I think was out of stock - I didn't receive a definitive message why the item purchase was cancelled but mentioned that I would not be charged for it and refunded my credit card.

Not much to say on my last experience.
And I don't need 50 characters to use!

No worries…. It's life. A snowstorm was to blame.

The cotechino Beretta What's not very good I will not buy that again I have bought cut the Kino from your store a few years ago and it was delicious this one was dry hard not very tasty and could not remove the casing

Very well packaged! Satisfied how much attention was brought to the fragile products I ordered.

Ordering was fine! The product arrived 5 days later. Because it is food, it should not take that long during shipment. We have order in the past and took a few days to arrive!

I like this market, items that are not readily available elsewhere. Prices are fair. Customer service via text is a bit slow and back and forth, can't always get questions answered quickly. But overall I am satisfied with the experience, i will continue to come back for those special items.

I have had some unfortunate experiences with this online store. I was excited to receive the nduja which is a spicy, spreadable type sausage/salami. I should not need to be cooked but can add a great flavor to sauces, etc. In teeny, tiny print on the package, after a night of bad food poisoning, their nduja has on the package must be cooked to 160. Great. Glad I only ate a little on my homemade Italian bread. I complained and got a refund. Before complaining I received a complimentary large bottle of Brioschi Sodium bicarbonate. Right.
Second, I ordered two 3-lb packages of DOP gorgonzola at close to $160. I get an email the next day stating there is only one left, and they refunded that one. But the communication back, and forth, was not clear if they were going to send the other one and when. I finally got it after 2 weeks and it was delivered opened, watery and the foil around the cheese was torn. Once again, I took pictures and got a refund. I will not be ordering from them again.
