Doesn't honor gift receipts or store promos

My husband bought me RB3670 54 for Christmas@ 161.00 in the Woodlands Mall location receipt #*******. I went to exchange the glasses at the Market Street location. I have a gift receipt. We picked out a pair of clearance Prada (317@ 50% OFF = 158). It was almost an even exchange. HE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE MY RAYBANS! Excuse after excuse! "Only a manager can exchange these" "I can't do it because you're exchanging regular price for clearance and the system will regect it" "No, I can't refund the difference to the credit card you bought them with..." On and on and ON! UNBELIEVABLE! Would my exchange eat his commission in some way? The whole point of a gift receipt as I pointed out to him (yes, my husband still had the regular receipt) is so I can exchange the glasses for some that suit me better. He can't refund 3 lousy dollar's to my husband's card? FURTHERMORE, There is a sign on the wall thay says take an additional 20% off clearance items. So really it should've been 158 -20% additional credit. When I asked about that he gave me some song and dance about having to buy 2 pair of clearance glasses to get the additional 20% OFF... THAT IS NOT WHAT THE SIGN SAYS! Our trip to your Market Street location was a complete waste of time as we took a while to find a pair of sunglasses I liked, then stood in line... the got served up the run around because this guy obviously doesn't know how to exchange merchandise or honor your own promotions posted clearly on the wall! This was all at 4pm about 45 minutes ago. So whoever was working that shift needs some PR training... just ridiculous.

Ordered sunglasses 11/30. Got sent the wrong ones. Sent them back and was told new ones would be sent right out. They weren't. This was a hard year for me work wise and funds were low. My son won't be opening his gift this year. They did refund my afterpay money and I should get it in 10 days. That's great, can't even use it to get something else … what a $#*!ing joke. 26 days since I first bought them and $#*!ing nothing. 26 $#*!ing days. 26 and nothing. Not a thing..

I ordered a pair of BVLGARI BV7034 Diagono sunglasses on Oct 20th online from Sunglasshut.com, I got their conformation email on the same day, then, I paid the full price. Not receiving them after 7 days, I followed my parcel through DHL, but then I found out that they are not sent to the DHL. It was then that I talked to the customer support and they apologized and told me that my package was lost. However, they admitted that they will refund my money, and as a gesture of good will, they offered me a %40 percent off for my next order.
The thing is I tried to use this promo code but it didn't work, so I called the customer service again, but after putting me on hold for 30 minutes, they said they have to investigate about what has happened, which takes about 7-10 business days, and later I'll be informed if I am eligible to receive that 40% or not. The worst thing is 14 days are gone, and not only haven't I got a promo code as a compensation for their terrible service, but also I haven't received my money yet.
The most dramatic part is that the item I had ordered is already available for sale.
I am not accusing this company for fraud, but the situation says so. Please be cautious about the company you are dealing with, I myself have to go to the bank to repot a fraud with all the documents I have to get my money back.

Horrible company

I bought Ray Bans just the first ones that came up and i realized after purchasing that i got the small ones, why would they make the small ones the first ones that pop up. Along with that you can't email them to fix the order you absolutely have to call them. 0/5 star customer service.

THEYRE THIEVES!

I order two pairs of sunglasses from this site. Both Versace pairs one for my friend & one for myself! The order cost me $$$. The shipping took forever & when I finally received my packages after getting off work at 8pm… one box was empty & the other had the pair I ordered. My box literally came with the authentication cards Versace packaging & no sunglasses. It was passed office hours so I had to wait until the next day to cAll them. When I call them and to try to make a claim… I was told that my new pair would be reshipped. I called back the following day because I realized that the lady who I spoke to prior never sent me a confirmation email. I had to speak to a different woman who tells me that there is only one pair left and that should get a refund. I explained to her that I would rather get my sunglasses re shipped because they were a gift for a friend. She said okay and states that she will put me in a queue and they would send me a confirmation email the next day. Next day comes and I still have no confirmation email… and the lady I speak to this day states that no one ever made me a claim that I do not have a claim number! She proceeds to make me a claim provides me a with a claim number and tells me that I will receive a confirmation email in 3-5 business days! Today is Friday and that's all the way next week again! I still haven't resolved this issue but this is just to give you a picture of how terrible this company is!

Chantal & Jarvis

To whom it may concern

Friday July 2nd we came into the Robson store just to browse around, and two hours later and over $1,000 later, we had left with the most comfortable & flattering pair of sunglasses we purchased.

Chantal, the sales associate who attended to us was phenomenal. She was patient, friendly, patient, attentive, patient, full of suggestions of our preference in style, patient, professional, and did I mention patient?!

This type of service is definitely hard to find these day's especially in retail.

That location is so lucky to have Chantal working there. To anyone looking to purchase new sunglasses, we highly suggest the Robson location and see Chantal to help you find that pair of SG you've been searching for. I gave it a 4 star because they didn't have A brand new pair of the Gucci sunglasses I purchased so I had purchased the one on display and they would not further discount it as a display model.

Still waiting...

Ordered a pair of sunglasses over a month ago and they still haven't arrived. After numerous calls and emails back and forth wasting everyone's time finally I was informed they were shipped from Italy to the UK, then from the UK over to Cologne. I live in Ireland. Worst. Service. Ever.

Salespersons are rude and disgusting in hudson bay branch(nearby eaton center, it was on 23 august, saturday). I asked them glass which they didnt have, after i asked to salesperson maybe in other branch you have that sunglasses. He told ohh we dont do it. After my pressure he called to Brampton branch and he told oh they have that model but they cannot find. Its so ridicilious. There were 2 salespersons, man and lady, both were rude! Liar! Lazy! She talked with me rude and yell voic. This is disgusting company, because i tryed complained about them, i talked with 4 persons, waiting calling back. No any call yet!

NO STARS!

I purchased a pair of supposed Gucci Sunglasses $400! Less than one year ago and the lens fell out. Part of the frame disintegrated. Sunglass Hut has refused to accept responsibility and replace THEM. The Customer Service will not even speak with you they send scripted email deflecting all responsibility. I wish that I would have read reviews prior to purchasing from Sunglass Hut. I do not even believe these glasses are authentic. I think they are counterfeit which is why the frame just disintegrated. DO NOT PATRONIZE FROM SUNGLASS HUT! BUYER BEWARE! THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE OWN 24 MONTH WARRANTY!

Terrible company

If your order is wrong don't count on them making it right or returning your money timely. Worst company I have ever dealt with as far as returns. Horrible customer service and no care from management. Seems to be a theme from other reviews I am seeing. Spend your money with a company that cares.

I placed an order for sunglasses on may 31 and received an email that they shipped on June 2. Said estimated delivery was June 12, then changed to June 3, now says still calculating. I contacted ups and they said the package is still with merchant as they do not have it yet. Wtf? So it was shipped yet ups doesn't have it? No that's not gonna fly. You flipping crooks won't get away with this. And not to mention it's impossible to get them on the phone! Do not ever order from sunglass hut. Com

Sunglass Hut's 24 month warranty was not honored. I had a small stress crack in one lens. Brought Ray Ban sunglasses to a store for replacement. I was told that even though that 24 month warranty was on their web site, it was really only one year. I was five days after one year because they were closed for Covid-19. I will not shop at Sunglass Hut again.

Horrific

Did purchase few pairs online. I didn't know initially they'll ship from China, so that was a bit disappointing; however, the biggest disappointment was to receive 2 pairs of fake ( terrible fakes too, one cheap plastic box literally breaking apart) Ray Bans instead of the 6 (other brand names) pairs I actually ordered. Thank God paypal returned my money as soon as I complained. Stay AWAY!

Very Bad service, Promised the customer to help them out to redeem the gift card because it was their fault that their site not accepting gift cards option. Called them back, cant keep their promise. Very bad customer service. Please don't believe in their words. Make sure to have them write down who you spoke with and what they promise you before they hang up the phone.
