My husband bought me Ray ban sunglasses for our anniversary and they were missing a nose pad. I tried to return them to the store at Bergen Town Center in Paramus NJ and they accused me that I broke them when they were sold like this to my husband they wanted me to pay to have the nose pad replaced and would not return them. When I asked to speak with the manager the representative told me that there was not one there and would not know when one would be there.

She didn't make us feel uneasy.
Because of her, i bought two glasses.
We love her. We'll go back to buy again because of her.
When you make a purchase know that maui Jim does not stand behind there glasses I have shipped 2 pairs and have a third pair that I wanted to buy parts and they would not sell me parts they wanted to send glassed back no way to the big bully company... not wasting my money there anymore we all work hard for our money rember if you wear there glassed that you are not wearing quality,,,, wear some product that screams look at me I am nice and good quality not a cheap pair of glasses verry poor customer service and terrible repair people I spoke with check this morning on messenger no way no thanks not stealing my money again be aware look else wear maui Jims is not a quality product or something to let others see you wear be aware... to make it clear I am not giving maui Jim 5 stars...sunglass hut staff are amazing
Gucci sunglasses started peeling after a couple of months. No response to initial email to luxottica not even to point me in the right direction if not luxottixa. Terrible arrogant service from manager Tyler. Gucci has no number for kering eyewear who apparently manufactures their sunglass. Just B. S all around. They beg you to give them your business and money and leave you stranded. Awful! Will noy ever buy another pair of sunglasses from sunglass

Having purchased some expensive sun glasses in Mahón airport I was told I would receive a partial refund to my credit card! This never happened and I have contacted them many times but they just ignore my emails!
What a pathetic customer service!
Ordered an $162 pair of Oakley sunglasses and the box arrived empty. And it definitely looked like the original box, not tampered or taped, has a pull tap seal so can't really mess with that. Reached out twice and was told two different things. Eventually told they may be out of stock and would do money back or send a new pair of available. Waited weeks to be told sorry it's the carriers problem reach out to them. The carrier delivered the package just fine. They just sent me an empty box with no product inside and the packing slip saying what was supposed to be in was in the box. Never buying sunglasses from them again.
Their website doesn't function properly. I am logged in using my account and when i checkout, it again asks me to register and i do enter email it gives error saying account exists which make sense. But how senseless is the website. It wont even let me fix it

Sunglass Hut SUCKS! I'm a successful beautiful black woman who was wrongful accused of shoplifting. This took place on ******* on my daughter birthday. This raggedy company attempted to compensate me by sending me some knock off Gucci shades. I sent photos to Stephanie of me...probably too much for her and the cheap axx company to handle. Never did they make it right. Now I must take legal action. People of color this company cares nothing for us. Go to Specs where color does NOT matter!
Happy we walked in whilst shopping at Heritage Quay. Edna, our CSR, was not only personable, informed of their products but took a look at my partner and I, walked to the back and brought out the perfect sunglasses to suit us. I had no intention of purchasing a pair but I happily did & Edna got us out of our comfort zone & they were the best purchases. Thank you Edna for also a fun experience!
I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses and was offered an additional warranty for $40 in the case they were damaged or scratched with the first 12 months.
Unfortunately I broke them, accidentally sat on them.
I returned the glasses to a sunglass hut store where the lady gave me the insurance brochure info and said call this number. I called up and was told to email through the docket and they will send a credit voucher back. I did this and was told they will get back to me within 3 days.
Yes day 3 I got a reply to say they have finished their review, that's all…. I have emailed them every day and they reply, their review is finished, Yes I know but what?
It's obvious they don't pay claims, it's nothing more than a scam, they didn't even ask for photos of the damage.
The company Sunglass hut uses for their insurance is called Asurion, who have had a class action against them where they lost.
My claim is 100% legit and complies to their policy, but Sunglass hut use others to blame and won't do a thing.
I am at a loss to understand how this can be legal, it's nothing more than a scam.
I will never buy sunglasses from these guys again, keep the $40, back to the small retailers for me…
I purchased a pair of wayfer Rayban sunglasses at Macy in Nashua New Hampshire on 05/13 costing me around $300. It was a pair on display. I was told the glasses could be returned within 30 days in any sun-glass hut in Macys.I didnt like the gradient / shades for the glass and wanted to return the sunglasses. I went to sun glass hut in Macys, CA but the salesperson denied the return.
The sales person pointed that both glasses had specks on it. He was not able to show where the specks were and how big? He constantly kept denying that item cannot be refunded and it was against company policy.Its quite annoying how they denied the return and wanted to just take their words. They asked me to call macy for return but macy denied it as well and directed me to return to store item purchased.It is total unfair to me as a customer who was advertise that the return policies was easy and when I tried to return something that doesn't work for me within return policy time frame,in same shape how i purchased, I was denied brutally.I believe I was given a glasses which had specks in one store and on attempt to return the same product to different store I was denied and blamed for having the flaws.Sunglasses hut policies are total SCAM and not consumer oriented!
Went to Sunglass Hut in Lutz, FL on Grand Cypress. I had lost a lens screw from Ray-Bans that are about two years old. She worked and worked trying to find just the right size. Sold my husband and I two new pair with a discount on the second. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. So nice to have a pleasant experience today. You are awesome Haylie! Thank you.
The salesperson Shaza was warm welcoming and the store was neat and organized. She was extremely helpful and found something in my price range. I highly recommend the First Colony store and ask for Shaza. Keep up the great work! Thanks you made my day.
Worst customer service ever. It is not that they are not respectful, no. They do not know what they are doing. Very bad communication skills. No knowledge about product and system updates such as shipping address etc. I will never consider buying from them again. If I could give zero stars I would have done so.

I just recently made my 4th purchase of Ray-bans from the store mentioned. The lady that helped me was amazing as usual. I was told of the sales going on without any pressure to buy more then I was there for.
For those complaining of fakes...they have multiple outlets world wide, better yet, go purchase in store. All Raybans I've bought from the store say Italy on the frame.
Definitely would not recommend sunglasses hut, have a $180 gift voucher- has not expired, tried to use it and it has no $ on it, customer service are useless, I have to keep ringing them up every week for last 3 weeks, they still can't explain why this has happened? And don't seem keen to put $ on card.
Not sure why I bother to write this review. If I had known in advance their commitment to poor service, I never would have entered the store. Glasses came apart after two days. After a lot of double talk at the store, they offered to solve my problem for another $86. Wrote corporate upon my return home, and they tell me the airport store I bought the glasses from is a franchise and they operate on their own. Don't buy anything from these stores. They're great at sales, but the buck stops there. I feel the glasses I bought were defective. They offered zero assistance.
Walked in and asked for not too expensive sunglasses for man. Lady behind the counter asked how much do u want to spend without showing me anything or moving from her current position. I asked show me the options then I can tell you. She said can u spend $160
I walked ouf went into Warby Parker and bought 2 pairs at $95 each, wrong business for that attitude.
Don't waste your time in this store.
