My item was never delivered. I contacted them repeatedly and the only thing they would do is give me 50% off if I reordered the same items. I offered to get a police report, and I still received the same generic response. So I'm out money and the product and their policy is to not believe you.

Found my art being stolen on this site, twice, reported and nothing was done to stop the people doing it. A quick skim showed that and potentially other accounts that appear to upload stolen images by the hundreds. Some kind of bot accounts.

You can't trust a purchase from this site isn't supporting thieves. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a T-shirt on 2/27 and received it on 3/23/2020. It looked nothing like on the picture. Everyone said that you can't read anything. When I requested a refund or to re-do it, I was told to send it back and pay shipping fees again

Do not buy from sun frog. I never received my order. After 7 emails and 2 phone calls they agreed to refund my money instantly and said it would take 2-3 biz days. Still nothing and they won't respond d to me. I'm out $129 so far. There's a zillion place on the web to buy tshirts. Don't buy at sun frog

The customer service is the worst. When I inquired as to where my ordered item was weeks later I was told, "we are busy". Shop somewhere else.

They are cheaters! Never buy anything from this company. O ordered a t-shirt mistakenly and just 2 minutes after I tried to cancel and no reaction. Site stopped working. Called wrote made a review and they didn't refund my money and even didn't send t shirt. Never by from this spam company. I am going to give them to court if next week i dont see my money in my bank account.

Two weeks ago, I bought a shirt from SunFrog, and paid extra for expedited delivery. The shirt never came. All my efforts to contact them to solve the problem (emails and phone calls) have been ignored by the laughingly labeled "Customer Service Group."

Sun Frog might as well be a scam, a fraud run by thieves holed up in some third world computer center.

If you want to robbed and frustrated, buy from Sun Frog.

I have had over one hundred thousand people view my shirt designs on Sunfrog and, by SUNFROG records, less than 0.1% purchase. THis is impossible. ALSO the statistics on visits and sales has been down (NOT WORKING) for months and months so I cannot get an accurate reporting of visits or sales.

I AM SURE THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. One more thing! The shirts are terrible quality!

Very bad site for designers to sell products. They deactivated my account with no warning (due to inactivity they say) and refuse to pay me back earnings and yet they are still selling my designs! Designers beware!

Placed an online order. Within hours attempted to contact company to cancel order. Used e-mail, telephone, online, etc but never received a response. Credit Card charged and item shipped. I will refuse item, have disputed charge with credit card company, and filed a complaint with the BBB in Gaylord MI.

Bought a few shirts from this site, one of the shirts had a piece of the image missing from the screen printing (image below) I contacted them be email several times and no response, wont fix it or even respond.

Avoid this site and go somewhere else!

I would give 0 star if I had the option, worst costumer support ever, scam company, worst support for their artist. Every year they are dropping their affiliate rate. From 60% to 50% to 40% to 30%. Go use other website like teespring or redbubble. They have a much better platform and support that actually care about you.

Stay away from Sunfrog!

Someone got me a shirt for Christmas and it came damaged. The printing ink was on the sleeve of the t-shirt. Now they attempted to contact customer care who is doing the bare minimum at best. The last they responded was over a week ago and they informed him to wash it. It was supposed to be brand new and this has become a mess. Almost $30 dollars down the drain for nothing. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR ORDER ELSEWHERE!

I ordered a t shirt 8 weeks ago after an advert popped up and i have contacted the company 3/4 times every time i am told to wait then when that date arrives told to wait again i have given up hope of ever receiving the t shirt and i am now going to try to get my money back from paypal very disappointed

Great quality and received in Canada in 10 calendar days. Much sooner then they promised. Can't wait to give this unique gift.

One they cannot center designs mostly on v neck guys tshirts, cannot tell how well designs look on products, the shirts are stiffy and designs do not turn out right wrong color and other mistakes. Now they are punishing certain artists because they consider their artwork bad so those artists' designs will not be searchable on sunfrog. Forcing artists to spend more money advertising.

I must admit, after reading many reviews that were from unsatisfied customers about quality, lengthy shipping and delivery, size issues etc., I was hesitant to place an order... however, I did place my order and as told by customer service, I received my hoodie on the eighth day, the print was as I had hoped and so was the size. My husband loves his Valentine gift and I am a satisfied customer.

Shirt sizes are way off. After many, many emails to exchange, never heard from them. This happened twice! Never again!
