The 100% cotton feels like a brillow pad. The women's medium is smaller than expected. I paid $25 for the shirt, so I was expecting a nice comfortable t shirt.

Product substandard
October 18, 2017

I purchased 6 shirts with the Viking Raven Theme. And payed Via Pay Pal US$ 167.88 on the 6 August 2017. My money was accepted very fast and in a reasonable time I received the shirts.

I followed the pre-ware washing instructions very carefully, and to my disappointment the design colours became faded and badly so around the edges,
First, I sent an email directly to Sun Frog Shirts explaining the situation and asking for a solution. I waited and waited but did not get a response.
So I went to Pay Pal site and sent a email through them to Sun Frog just before the time ran out to be able to do so, and offered to send photos of the shirts.
After a long time Sun Frog sent a reply stating that they did reply to the first email (the one that I did not receive) and they requested the photos. I complied and informed them that I sent the photos were sent.

Well I waited and waited until the day before my time was up to get pay pal to work on my behalf
I waited and waited and Sun Frog. Contacted me and said that they were going to help me but because I went to Pay Pal I could now only deal with P/P.

To cut this long story a bit shorter. My time limit ran out with Pay Pal and Sun Frog refused to pay for return postage of shirts.
I informed them that I am a Pensioner and a Vietnam Vet that I could not afford the postage. My Grandchildren chipped in together to buy the shirts for me and I wasnt going to ask them for the postage money.

So I am forced to keep a substandard product.
The shirts that I received were made with Dyes that ran and faded. I will not deal with this company ever again and would recommend that nobody else should attempt to do so.

Apparently sunfrog doesn't know that the ribbon for breast cancer is pink not red. Additionally, if you try to call them, they are too " crazy busy" too answer the phone OR return your call.

I ordered a t-shirt on 10/4/15 and with the confirmation came the message "At this time most orders are shipping out between 10-14 days from the date of the order."

Next I get this: "We try to adhere to the guideline of 5-7 business days to print and ship an order. We are currently printing orders that are between 12-16 days old. To give a specific update on your order, your order is 12.1 days old. I believe that it will print within the next 4 days and ship soon after that. You will get a email confirmation when your order ships. Once your order leaves the building and ships out, it usually takes 3-5 business days to reach you.

I ordered it 3 weeks before I needed it. I ordered one from another company in Canada for my friend and she got it in 4 days.

I would avoid this company. I cancelled the order and did get a refund, but even Customer Service took too long to reply to the first email.

Just find what you're looking for elsewhere!
