The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, particularly for its informative webinars and user-friendly registration process, which many customers found encouraging and motivating. Participants appreciated the expertise and enthusiasm of the presenters, indicating a strong engagement with the content. However, concerns were raised regarding customer service responsiveness, with some users experiencing delays in communication after initial interactions. While the initial experience is often praised, the lack of follow-up support may hinder customer satisfaction in the long term. Overall, the company’s approach shows promise but requires improvement in maintaining consistent customer support.

Registration was a breeze; I was contacted immediately for a schedule for the webinar and I can't wait to watch. Thank you!
Easy, simple to follow link, all looks professional. I only had problems with the original link i clicked on only had the class name it didnt give me date information. After i closed it and clicked on the link sent, which was sent after i paid for the class, then it gave me the details.
Everything has been going smoothly so far. From the moment I decided to register.
I contacted Steven Wahlberg about making sure that I got the proper email to sign up for my webinar. He responded the next morning and the issue was resolved immediately! Thank you so much! I can't wait to get started!
Simple and easy
Everything was pretty good. The website is sometimes a little unclear about nexts steps though. Like, take the webinar and then learn how much the courses will cost (I assume?) and next steps. I dont know. Its been a pretty positive process though.
I had been looking for help in getting involved with developing a Voice Over business. After checking several sites, I decided that Suchavoice was the way to go. Is you have any thoughts of voice over training, this is the place to be.
The bad: I found it difficult to plan for 16 weeks in advance to schedule lessons. This seems to be a shortcoming of the scheduling/appointment-setting software they use. As most of the reviews concerning this company seem to be nattering about various aspects of their online presence, I will say the following:
I am 2/3 of the way through the technique aspect of their training. I have had direct contact with: Justine, who "recruited" me during one of the community ed sessions AND had a great masterclass thereafter; Ray, who was super-accommodating during the period where I was trying to get started with the material but was also working 60+ hours at the day job; Booth, who was a helping hand in understanding the navigation of the online resources & a 'docent' of the culture of the school; Ben, who unceremoniously cut through my BS expectations both about the necessary equipment and the (lack of) patience of the marketplace for BSers; and last but not least, my coach Jessi, who has displayed a refined sensibility in helping me unlearn some unhelpful habits from early stage training & stereotyped expectations of my existing client base.
The program is not cheap, and if one wishes to dilly-dally about the periphery of maybe doing VO someday, there are other options. If you are in a position mentally and financially to kick it up a notch, SAV is at least as good as the other training programs in the market, yet without the nose-in-the-air thing. Maybe it's geographical, who knows?
The Magic Secret, which is not revealed until you reach the 33rd level of initiation, is that to succeed in VO you need to be working at least as hard at VO as you would be working at anything else. This might include marathon editing sessions that make you nostalgic for watching paint dry. It is a real thing, and a real job if you can stand it. Check your unicorns and rainbows at the door.
Fast and easy to set up. The experience was one to write down.
Actually other than registering for a webinar, none yet.
I thought it was enlightening.
Terrific
I found the information here very helpful.
The website was easy and fun!
So far, it has been just to schedule the introductory webinar. Scheduling was east, and the GoTo video had no issues. Honestly though, since this is (or appears to be) a pre-recorded video, I see no reason to have to schedule a time for it. I took a day off of work just to make sure I had a quiet time set aside for it. Instead, it could have been a link to a YouTube or Vimeo to watch at the user's leisure. If I'm wrong, and Will Kamp was live, I apologize.
The session was enlightening and informative.
I didn't contact them for any issues but I did send an email with a few questions. I got a reply right away and several since then checking in. I really appreciate the customer service I've been given. I am also in customer service and product support so it's not easy for me to give a five star review. There are some good people here and they seem to really care about the customers they're helping. That's a win win in my book!
