Mr. Thon was personable, gave pertinent insight and was engaging. The video kept coming in and out (dark/light). Toward the end, the tracking/audio got messed up and kept stuttering, making the last 15-20 minutes hard to follow.

Everything is very organized so far. Very easy to get signed up. Looking forward to the webinar.

I participated in a pre-recorded session with Brian Thon, after which I scheduled my voice evaluation. My next step is to commit the finances to take advantage of SAV and its staff. I did research the company for reviews, and was pleased to NOT find any negative reviews.

First time I signed up I had a choice of webinar conductors, also the platform seemed to be a little different than the second time. Is that normal?
