I bought a item in May and never received it. Every time I email them and ask them where is my item a automatic response pop up very quickly saying that due to COVID-19 it is delayed. Very Bogus Response! It's now been well over two months. They are not responding at all when I ask for a refund. These people are scammers! Beware & don't buy from them!

After writing my first review they did answer me stating that my dress would be shipped out my Feb 24 and a tracking # sent. Still no tracking # or dress, or answer back

Placed an order on 2/4/2020. Money was immediately taken out of my account. Have not received my order and there is no phone # to call. Emails keep getting returned. What a scam!

I ordered a massager tool for my husband for Christmas on 12/8/19 and they debited the $$ from my acct but I never received item or updates on the order. No phone # to call for status so I sent email to email provided and it came back "undeliverable". I disputed the charge with my credit card and I will likely get my money back. BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from this website! It's a SCAM and not in the USA.

I ordered two pair of shoes on March 13,2019. They debited my bank card that day. On 3/28 I asked about the status of my order. On 3/31 I was informed that both items were out of stock. I opted to get a refund. It is May 29 and I have yet to receive it. It's horrible to do this to people. It cannot take that long to issue a refund on items that were never there. Really terrible customer service.

My experience was excellent. I had to wait a few months for my dresses but the wait was worth It All 4 dresses were lovely. Also they responded to my emails and queries in a timely manner.

I don't even think they deserve any star at all.
They are just thief. I never receive my order since june last year and they refuse to refund pretending its over 6 months wil i keep writting them since june almost every week. I WANT MY MONEY. If someone find a solution to force them to refund please let me know.

My original review stated I was waiting for 2 months. That was an error on my part, at the time I wrote that review it was actually 6 months waiting for refund. Finally in January 2019 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB contacted this company and that same day I was issued a refund. Pretty pathetic that I waited 7 months for a refund and had to file a complaint to get my money back.

I have been waiting 7 months for my order to arrive. They were quick to withdraw payment.
I am constantly told to be patient and finally they admitted the order had been lost.
Was assured was dispatched but that was 3 months ago. They refuse to refund the payment. This company is fradulent and as a result of this experience I refuse to purchase anything online from China ever again.

I have waited since may 2018 for a refund for an incomplete order and refund for a return on the same order. I have sent 16 emails to this company yet still have not received my refund. Don't order with them they are shoddy goods and even worse service!

I was delighted with their customer support. Another thing I noticed that their size numbering is so accurate. It actually is what is written or what they say. This is I am happy with the deal. The transaction was smooth as well as satisfying. There is no problem of waiting for a bit of time if the process is that smooth as well as simple. The clothes fitting were also up to the mark. I must say it is the best shop. The easiest online store to for me to buy things. Mostly I do not feel comfortable while do online shopping or putting my card information.
