I ordered a coat that did not fit me properly. As soon as I tried it on and realized it did not fit I quickly wrote an email to ask how to return the item. I got a prompt reply providing instructions on how to send it back, noting that a refund would be deposited back into my account within 3 business days of the returned package.
I followed the instructions very carefully, and sent it back within the 30 day return policy. USPS tracking said that it was delivered on Monday, January 5th.
It is now Thursday, January 14th and I have not heard one word back. I have written three emails demanding a refund, and still nothing. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I will never order from them ever again and will tell all my friends never to order from them. The extremely overpriced clothes are crap anyways.
Don't order from here and have your money stolen.
This is my favorite place for dinner clothes I usually check in with them every month to see what is new.

I was so excited to order 3 dresses for my trip from this company. One was canceled as it was no longer in stack and i did get a refund. 2 arrived 3 weeks later and didn't fit well. I requested a refund instructions 3 times over more that a week now, and not a single response. Just an assurance that someone will be in touch within 24 hours! This is a fraud!

Yes, I got a returned email answering my return questions but only AFTER 3 requests from me as well as this review. The only refund I received was for the item that was never sent to since it was out of stack.

I ordered 6 dresses and had to return 4 of them since they didn't fit right. StyleWe told me they would refund me &275.32 but instead I was refunded $25.32. I told them they had made a mistake and so far no one has assisted me yet. It's been more than a week now.

I bought three items from StyleWe: a sweater dress by Amii, a jacket by Christine, and a coat by Qili. I followed Lanny's advice and ordered based on the measurements in the product description rather than my regular size. Received everything on time. Unlike some reviewers I didn't have a problem with the quality. The dress and the jacket fit well, I wear them and get many compliments. The coat, however, was too small. The actual measurements of the coat were very different from the product description. I contacted customer service asking for return instructions. They got back to me with the return address in NY and instructions to email them with the tracking number. I did that and promptly received another email saying that the refund will be issued in 3 business days. The package was delivered on Dec. 21. It's been more than 3 weeks now and still no refund. I tried contacting customer service again, no reply. Posted a question here on Q&A, Lanny totaly ignored it. As of today they have my money, the coat (which they get to sell again), and I paid for the shipping. I feel that they took advantage of me. If you decide to order from them my advice is don't spend more than you would be willing to lose and understand that your chances of getting a refund are very slim.
I'll update this post if I get the refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Bought a dress it was damaged upon arrival. Contact company via email list on site. I was asked to send a picture of item. That was a month of ago. They have been noresponsive to email requesting status. There contact number listed... Again they are crooks! Don't purchase from them no matter how nice the item looks!

I FOUND A CHINESE WEBSITE TMALL.COM AND ALL STYLES ARE FROM THAT CHINESE WEBSITE. My friend showed me the styles that i have purchased, and it was only $19 usa dollar which is around $200 chinese YUAN, this site simply takes pictures from chinese website and sell us $#*!ty quality clothing for 5 times the price. THIS IS CHEATING! I COULD HAVE SUED THEM!

Even you found something similar or exactly the same from TMALL.com, it is not original as well. Things you found there may not offered by the original and specific designer. Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
