I bought a Mini dress from Stylewe, it is very nice. I liked the color and the material. I received my shipment without much waiting although I went with "free shipping". Completely understand international shipment in a short time to delivered is difficult.
After reading so many bad reviews I was little nervous to order from them- but as soon as I got my 1st order I couldn't believe it-- it was AMAZING. Same as shown, true to description, style and size. Returns and responses are fast and easy. The only thing I would say cons is the refund takes a little more than I expected but they do return you the money.

Stylewe knowingly uses fraudulent fabric descriptions and imports with fraudulent tags, like "70% cotton" on 100% synthetic garments. Then they refuse to issue a full refund. They maintain the description despite knowledge of the fraud. This company should not be allowed to do business in USA. This is a customs violation and a fraudulent business practice.
The model in the product photos looked absolutely stunning in this classy midi dress. So I was a bit doubtful whether this beautiful cloth will suit me or not as my waist size has gone few inches up after my delivery. But after receiving the dress, I was more than happy seeing myself in the mirror and feeling in my 20s. This being summer, the open V-neck is so soothing when I am out. Thank you Stylewe and appreciate the prompt delivery.
Got my item, did not match the description and is too small. The returning process takes too long, and the customer service representatives keep giving those 20% refund offers. After I read the reviews, I am wondering, maybe I should accept it and have at least $20 back, instead of paying for return shipping and not getting anything at the end?

I heard a lot of bad about Stylewe but decided to try it out for myself, knowing its pros and cons after doing the research. The shipping took about 2 weeks as expected and i was very happy with my order. It fit great and the quality was surprising too! I am currently ordering more. I got a beach dress and it was very true to size for me.
I ordered 2 dresses. They did not fit well. I send them back. I was told one had a thread pull and I could not get reimbursed. I argued that a thread pull did not constitute $80 last and I would like the dress back. They could not provide it. After much arguing I received $40 as a store credit refund. Not a refund at all, since I will not shop there ever again.
I did finally receive a $40 refund after bad reviews. I still wonder how a thread pull happened with one minute of trying on the dress and taking it off again.
I would still not do business again with them.

I ordered a $60 dress and as soon as I tried it on I saw it was way too big in the hips. I immediately put it back in the package, never even set it down. I followed their complicated return instructions and paid $13 to return it. Once they received it I got an email saying they will not refund me because they found a snag in the fabric. Well if there WAS a snag I not only didn't cause it but I never even saw it. Of course they keep the dress too which I believe they probably send out again and repeat this scam over and over. This was my first order with them and will be my last. I now see several other reviews of exactly this same scenario. Obviously this company doesn't care about customer service or trust which is critical for online sales. I definitely learned my lesson with StyleWe. Should be "Stylewon't!" I wish there was a no star option.

After some trepidation, I took the plunge and ordered two items from Stylewe, they arrived within 2 weeks, and both items were really well made and unique design. I will now be placing further orders with them in due course, I already have over $300.00 worth of items saved to my list with them, and will work my way through this list, also their customer service is nice!
My wife ordered a dress. Cost £75. It was sent from the South of England to us here in the North. The material felt cheap and it was badly cut. She wanted a refund.
First, you have to email to get the return details. Second, when they sent us the address for returns IT WAS IN CALIFORNIA! Yes, that's right, California.
I've just posted it. The cost was £15.
Basically this company does its best to deter returns. We would never shop with them again.

We only have one return center which is in California, the US. The order was actually sent from China and it was taken over by Royal mail after it arrived in the UK, so the address on the package shows UK.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and a tote purse. The dress is as it looks on the website, and what I expected. I measured myself and ordered the recommended size, which is bigger than I usually wear. It fits very well, other than a bit of tailoring in the bodice - which I have to do with most of my dresses. The tote purse is supposed to be leather, and it appears to be. The optional shoulder strap though looks and feels like pleather. The color is gorgeous, again just like on the website. I knew the delivery time would be long, but I am keeping both pieces and am very satisfied.
First the return policy. You need to read the return and refund policy carefully because it's not a free return, And also you need to be aware to all their items. Check if item is dirty or not first. I didnt check it then I returned it. Then they told me there is a dirty spot on the item, so they refused to refund me. I'm pretty sure I didn't make that dirty spot. Plus I only tried that dress once and that position is the hard place to make dirty, so I didnt get it how I made that cloth dirty. And also they have the item as well. What a smart company. I have tried to email or call them. There is no answer. Also tried online contact, but seems like online contact is a useless way beacuse they didnt do anything. All they wanted was let you contact *******@stylewe.com. Now like couple weeks later when I tried to contact with the online serivce. They decided to give a fully store credit refund, but I really dont wanna buy anything in their website. I really wanna give 0 star if I can. Worst online shopping ever. So I hope all the customer to be aware of this website. It's kinda like a scam webstie.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
