NOTHING looked as it was shown on their website. The quality of their clothing was sad, to say the least, everything was ill fitting, and the jacket I ordered even came in the wrong color.
Upon trying to return these items, I come to find that you spend almost as much on shipping it back to them as you do on the initial order. So, I took the option to keep the clothing and get 30% of your money refunded. It has taken almost three months, and I still haven't been refunded the correct amount and the customer service has been unhelpful and curt.
It's really disappointing because I was excited to shop here-- their clothing looks cute & trendy online. But don't be fooled, it's terrible quality in person & good luck trying to return it if you have any issues.
They have really good collection of bags with decent price. I will go back to shop there definitely. Highly recommend it girls. They have amazing customer service, responsible and helpful.
