When I signed up for studybay and hired an expert, I had so many doubts, wondered if my assignment will be completed on time, wondered if it was even legit, but I was proven wrong. Studybay is the best and I would choose it at any day.
I added my own assignment I had done for her to buttress. I was in a hurry to submit and just reviewed without reading. When I was settled I realized she just changed my own assignment and did nothing.
BE WARNED. Studybay is FULL of users using fake profile pictures. The majority of offers I got were all based out of Kenya and all of their bios were in broken english with spelling mistakes. The reviews were all good but seemed fake and made up, many of which were also in broken english. Communicating with these users furthered my suspicions as all messages were short, vague and again in broken english. The prices are also inflated compared to other sites and they charged me $34 with fees for a 1 page assignment that I got quoted for $28 with fees by Huler1996 (and that was with a guarantee I will only receive offers from native english speaking countries). Soon after I created my password for Studybay, I received a message from Google saying my password was now at risk. Upon requesting a refund, I come to find that they charge 6% just to refund you, so don't expect full refunds.
My interaction with Joyce was wonderful. She was patient and kind.
The experience was good. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally.
The project was fine but what was a $32 paper turns into a $50 paper because of hidden fees. Needless to say i didn't get to use the paper because in not paying that much for something supposedly $32 and I can't even withdraw my money from my account because of verification so basically got robbed.
Cool service but pricing seems kinda preset, not the $9 I read at the beginning
So far my first experience was a negative one. I don't like how money needs to be paid first before receiving the product. I was not happy with the result of my assignment so now I have to go through their lengthy refund process. I'm giving it a second chance but I'm hoping this experience is better.
