I met a young lady at a Sports bar Sunday 11/13 and we were talking about school and class assignments. She told me about Studybay. So when I got home I immediately got on Studybay. Hired an expert and paid. Four times was my assignment accepted, but on the auction and increased in pay each time an expert got it. After the fourth time, I was done with trying to get help. I requested a refund that day. I was told my refund would be back on my card in 3 to 4 days. It is five days later and I am told my refund was rejected. How? Why? Now I am on the phone over 30 minutes now waiting for someone to pick up. Not only did I pay what you asked me, now I am being charged to have my funds refunded back to me. I am a full time student. I have been left with no money for the week and now the weekend. I am very disappointed in Studybay. I need my money refunded to be asap.

I used Studybay in my 1st year when starting out at FIU. The quality was good and I got good grades for the 4 assignments that I requested on this site. However, I had an incident with the academic integrity department after 2 of my essays were found to be from 'online sources. I almost got suspended and I regret why I used this site. It's not right to sell a paper to me and then publish it online!
They will offer help for homework, then never help while stealing your money and making it impossible to contact or cancel with them. I would recommend never using them they are very bad news.
The experts I had were not able to deliver the full requirements of the project even though I sent instructions and attachments to make the project simple.
The project delivered lacked depth.
Also one went cold cold on our chat for a revision for four hours and later came online with a $#*! and bull story.
