Very straightforward, professional and accurate process
The final product is excellent. The communication and measuring process became somewhat convoluted and could be made clearer. It was unclear given the Loro Piana branding whether this product was coming from Italy, the US or India…although the provenance does not matter with what is an excellent final result

I cant believe how poor the tailoring was. The places I was asked to measure are not where the suit sat and therefore it looked like a tent on me.
This is my second jacket that I ordered, and Immediately place an order for third. Their website makes it very easy to get your dimensions for a custom jacket. They have a large variety of patterns that you will not see at your typical high in suit store. Shipping is going to take every bit of three to three and 1/2 weeks. So be patient there, but once it comes in. You forget how long you waited.
I am ordering my third jacket, and there have not been any issues with the craftsmanship. It definitely takes a month to get to you, but I have been pleased with the quality and price for a custom jacket.
