The top button was placed in a strangle place. When I button the jacket, the lapel gets bent back and makes the jacket hang in a strange manner.

Studio Suits can rival any cutters or custom made garment in the world. I've had suits made in places from Hong Kong to itaewon in Seoul.

Took a little longer than regular order but was well worth it. Ran tru to size, so u ordered as is. Little bit of a gamble and did not special order as I was afraid I could not return special order items

Shipping took a long time, was disappointed in how long it took

I chose the premeasured option so I could get the pants more quickly. Had I known that it would have taken the same amount of time as custom, I would have sent in my exact measurements, which would have saved the additional tailoring that I had to have done.

The service was excellent. The descriptions were on point and was what I was looking for.

The packaging of these suits are horrible! This was suit #4 purchased from Studiosuits. The first two suits were ordered from Amazon. The last two suits were purchased directly from Studiosuits. These suits should be packaged to arrive in much better conditions. I could understand a few wrinkles due to the packaging. However they have all arrived and terrible conditions. The Kingsman Double Breasted Dark Blue Stripe Suit was the worst. Mailed from Mumbai Inda in a box too small for the suit. They have to do better if you want to keep your customers. You have lost this customer.

Ordered a Napolean Zapana black pinstripe suit. The suit arrived in less than a month. The pants were slightly loose in the waist but otherwise excellent. The jacket was another story. It was cut very oddly, like it was done from a pattern for a 3- or 4-button suit. On a 2-button suit, typically the lapel would plunge lower. Additionally, the fit was tight in the back but loose in the front. Very unflattering. I took the suit to a dry cleaner to make adjustments, which cost over $75 dollars, and it looks acceptable now, but the lapel plunge issue is unfixable. I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction, and they responded with a cut-and-paste answer stating that different tailors have different styles and cuts. I asked if I could send the suit back for re-tailoring at my own expense, and they said no. After an email exchange, I got them to provide the $75 gift certificate promised on the website, but am unsure if I will actually use it.

Additionally, while the pinstripes are joined at the shoulders, they are not joined in the back. A bespoke suit would typically have joined lines at all three points.
